   Bought this program for IPhone 15 Pro. Every time I attach my 2x’s external lens the shutter button freezes and will not allow me to take another photo unless I reboot my phone. It does this every time. This is inacceptable. UPDATE: After messing around with installing and reinstalling the program I no longer have the problem. It NOW works fine. I really wanted this program to work because it is one of the BEST programs out there. I’m glad I could now have resolved that perplexing problem. I especially LOVE it because I no longer have to change my lens back and forth when going from 1x to 3x. I also LOVE the aspect ratio of FULL. I could never get this with other programs I used. Also I LOVE the fact that I have far less problems getting this program to produce relatively sharp image photos.

3. 1/5Don’t Make the mistake of buying this “app”

   This app is absolutely ridiculous. The edit slider is placed absurdly close to the reset button, which makes it incredibly easy to lose all your work with a single accidental tap. To make matters worse, the app keeps crashing or randomly resetting, and I can’t tell if it’s a bug or just poor design — either way, it’s unacceptable. I didn’t even mean to buy this app in the first place, and despite trying to get a refund, I was stuck with it. I figured I might as well try to make the most of it, but wow, was I wrong. It’s clunky, frustrating to use, and completely unintuitive. This is, without a doubt, the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Total waste of money.

4. 1/5Hidden Agenda

   They’re not telling you but, if you pay for the app, then try to use the pro features there’s is required subscription. Seems a bit dishonest and poor way of doing business. I would say it even qualifies as a scam. You can do the one time payment but if you go to use let’s say crowd removal your met with a subscription window. And none of this is disclosed either that I can find. I also bought the Miops spark which is suppose give me free access to app. Also doesn’t disclose how much of the app I can use. Very underhanded business tactics. Snap pro for me falls into the category of scammers.

5. 1/5Not easy & makes a disorganized mess of pictures

   No wonder this app does not give you a three day free trial. Likely you would keep it. I use an iPad for all of my Ebay photography and so need to hold my iPad one-handed. This app does not allow me to do that without locking my rotation screen. This thing causes all of my photos to be turned sideways. I wrote to their customer service department and three days later still have not heard back from them. I can find no work around for this. And now when I go in and look at my saved photos, not only are they all sideways but they are also completely out of order. This is completely unacceptable as I cannot work with the photos in this condition in any reasonable manner. I am really irritated that I trusted the ratings on this app and paid $30 for the year fully expecting a workable camera that would improve my photos.
