   My favorite app of all times, why took away the credits WHY? ;;( please Bring credits back. Please, If you bring credits back then i will happily put 5 stars :D. Some people can not afford VIP. Other wise I am going to have to join the big group of people who decide quit the app if the credits dont get back. I am old participating i. This app as non vio and have tried vip, either way i feel like i do not exist and is being takeit by only vips, some are famous vios some not so much, i think non vip have the right to sing too, i only being polite and nice and kind to many people, nowadays no one listen to me anymore and that is sad, also i dont know if is that my acount got hacked or what? What is wrong with my account why i dont get listen anymore? I have follow every single community rule and yet dont know what is going on and why i feel ignored and unheard? Is it an obligation to join VIP? Or else you will be completely ignored? Has been my account bugged? I join people and nobody listen or like it snymore cause i dont have vip. Again im one of the oldest member of this app and has been only polite and educated. What is going on? Is being my account deleted without any reason? Please explain it feels fristrating, and receiving invitation of “ soneone can’t wait to sing with me” and that same person has have their account removed, i dont know this person please help. I guess smule obligated me to terminate the account cause i can not afford VIP? I have tried vip before but does not work for me. So so,long my only therapy resource.

2. 5/5What About Free Users?

   When I first downloaded this app in 2022, I really enjoyed the sound quality on recordings. I noticed there were no problems with static or delay. One thing, however, that stood out to me from the beginning was the fact that I couldn’t sing anything by myself without paying for a subscription (VIP). At first, I was fine with this, but as time progressed, I began to grow tired of having to join people who sang with different styles or in ways that weren’t necessarily what I was going for. I ended up deleted the app but then decided to download it back just to check in on things and see how everything was going. I was disappointed to see that a new update took place where older recordings expired after a certain period of time. I couldn’t find or search up any of my older recordings which made me upset. To make matters worse, I now had a harder time finding singers to join because recordings wouldn’t have a joining option. Even if you clicked on a duet, you couldn’t join it because it was closed for new recordings. The only way you could access it would be to subscribe and make your own recording in a solo, duet, or group. But not every user has money to pay for that. I, personally, feel it is unnecessary to charge for extra access when you can sing karaoke for free right at home. I know you guys are trying to raise money for the app, but I think something should be done to make sure every user has access to 100% songs, whether it be with ads, mini games, etc. Nobody wants to sing with someone else all the time or see their older recordings go away. Please do something about it.

3. 3/5Community is great - App is Meh... Best collection of tracks tho

   First I want to assure everybody that this app is not getting updated anywhere near as much as the update log would have you believe lol… it is simply compliance with Apple’s update frequency rule. App performance has never really “improved” The entire three years I’ve been using it; at times it has gotten worse and then return to normal, but I deal with the same bugs I’ve been dealing with since I started on here. If you really look through the log you’ll see that any time they make even the most minor of ACTUAL changes, they take care to point it out. The most recent actual change was a UI adjustment, that tried to help take the sting out of a recent-ish UI change that I personally dislike rather strongly. The community is pretty awesome as long as you are not a tool, and I’ve never seen a bigger collection of songs on any of the other apps. It also has slightly, to moderately less bots than the other apps I’ve seen as well. Social features suuuuuck but in some ways, I can appreciate the effect that has on the platform overall. It absolutely isn’t intentionally so lol - same low effort results. Sometimes I wonder if there is just one person programming this, that barely knows how to program. Considering the cost of a pro membership, the absolute lack of any kind of decent functionality is not really acceptable IMO. Other apps have FAR more advanced social features, and have been around for far less time.

4. 5/5Become the star you’ve dreamed of!

   I always wanted to sing with a band but I don’t have one, but Smule provides the music and I provide the voice. This is great! I can do a video of me singing or just audio. I can share it with anybody I want. I have been singing with Smule and getting better at singing. If it wasn’t for Smule I would’nt have been able to sing myself out of a paper bag. No body here on Smule will say anything about the way you sing except praise you however it sounds. No fear of ridicule. Come join us! There are people here you can choose to sing with or just by yourself if you like. I have many singing friends. What better way to share friendship than with song. I love the different choices of audio sounds that make you sound great! The music that you sing with is absolutely awesome and so many songs to choose from. I have to tell you when I first started singing learning the timing and getting the songs to sound like the originals my voice was not good. But after using Smule I’ve learned how to sound awesome, oh there’s room for improvement but I’m happy as could be with where I am now. I just practiced songs with Smule and played them back and kept critiquing myself until I finally got it. If I can do it you can! The icing on the cake came after I became VIP. Yes you can sing without VIP but trust me VIP makes you look and sound so much better and you can invite others to join you. You are now a star! I love Smule! I know there are many stars out there that need to shine!

   2 years ago, I met my crush on Smule. He was a very good singer/ song uploader with 3 million follower. Although he was not using Smule anymore, his followers are still growing till this day. I fell in love with him, but he already got a girlfriend. We were from the same country, but he was from different town. Later on, we became friends on Smule and he added me on FB. He was being so nice to me and we even exchanged Christmas gifts. He said he loved me but things didn’t work out as he admitted to me that he was already committed to his current relationship with other girl already. We decided to let go of the feelings because we didn’t want to hurt anybody else or mess up things between us. The worst part was that he didn’t sing anymore, it broke my heart into pieces. The very last song he sang is the first song we met on Smule. It was a sad love song about “Rainy season.” After that he never sing again. I believed that he was a right person, we just met at a wrong time. My friends thought that he was a cheater who played with my real feelings. But for me he was such a real man who can control his feelings, I could clearly see that he tried so hard not to betray on his current relationship. That girl, she was so lucky to have a man like him. So lucky to be his girl. She should have cherish him like a trophy. Actually it was a sad story in the end. However, I saved all the songs we sang together on Smule. Smule is the best app I’ve ever downloaded. Coz of it, I had a chance to meet him, had good but nostalgic memories with him. It sounds crazy but it’s true. I’ve moved on but he always owns one place in my heart. I miss his voice, his singing...

   it's soo good icl, I met some amazing people in this app and they are like my rock rn, if you're introverted and wanna make friends and have fun singing without showing your face, this app is the app for you, I made a lot of friends in the past 6 months and you'll discover so much talent over here, don't feel pressured because no one is gonna judge you, just have funnn
