1. 5/5Great App but version 6.6.5 breaks Apple Pay

   I like the App, but the latest version (6.6.5) breaks Apple Pay. If you select Apple Pay upon check out, it will proceed to the next screen and say order placed but there is no charge on the card and no voucher purchased. Please fix Apple Pay, it’s not working any more and that is a huge inconvenience. Thanks.

2. 1/5Never use this app!

   First time I ordered groceries the delivery guy went to JVC when my address on the app says Meydan! Then after waiting 8 hours, the app says ‘delivery cancelled’. They credited my account so today I tried to order again and after almost 8 hours, the app shows that the delivery guy is at my location. I waited but no delievry. When I contacted customer support chat, they gave me the delivery guys number and when I called him he said he got to my location but realized he forgot one of the bags so he returned to the warehouse to get it. Another 30min later, he arrives and when I tell him to leave the bags outside the door, he tells me ‘no ma’am please come to the door because there’s items missing’. So I go to the door and he tells me he forgot 2 items. This is a joke. I told him to either bring all items or take everything back. So he took everything back. So I contacted customer support chat and explained everything and told them I don’t want to be credited on this app, I want my refund, they completely stopped replying. I keep messaging them, and the ticket shows it’s still open and they are reading my messages but completely stopped replying. A complete joke of customer service. They don’t even have a number to call to speak to them. Never ever using this app again. I’ll stick to Noon and Talabat.

   Very slow and lags a lot It doesn’t crash but it keeps loading for ever and I restart it by myself, to start loading for ever again!!! Why trying to populate an app with discounts and services and can’t handle 1/3rd of the customers ? Also customer support is a joke 🤡 I made an order and had to wait over 11 minutes for the restaurant to accept it, when I asked the customer support to cancel it within the first five minutes they asked to hold on while they call the restaurant and confirm it, they asked for 2 minutes, then another 2 minutes and another two minutes until the order was accepted, I requested a cancellation and refund but they refused to do anything, I asked for the supervisor they refused to let me talk to, I tried calling them but there’s no phone number, only chat support with clowns 🤡🤡. Second time I tried this app, I made a delivery order, they changed it to pick up, I messaged the support team about the issue they said sorry we can’t change it, I ask for cancellation they said no way the order will be ready soon, I rated this application based on the troubles caused by their greediness and the App Store doesn’t doesn’t share my rating. I dare you to do this with any order paid by cash on delivery.

4. 1/5Smile name is not good to this application this application is very bad

   I ordered 2 things and I paid it by my card and after that the app informed me the one of my items is not available but I paid already by my apple and after all delivery man was calling me to inform me me that he is already outside my door 1 items arrive which is not same in the photo and the one is missing they told me to replace but cannot replace 🤬🤬🤬🤬 lier I paid the delivery fees and charging only 🤬🤬 and I also complained it but customers service don’t know what them to do what kind services is even not resolved the problem they will close the conversation🤬🤬🤬

5. 1/5Insecure, bad customer service, no refunds

   This app is the worse. Ur card details are saved on their system even if u do t save ur card. Apple work doesnt work. They seem to have no technical team, the issue is never resolved. U can only chat with them no calls, and u have to repeat ur issue every single time cause it doesnt track issue by customer. The issue will never be resolved, they call u after 8 days and tell u to do what they already told u to do. If anything goes with the order u have to beg them for a refund.. just bad. Good offers but whats the point?!?
