"body": "Unfortunately if you're not opted in the automated text messages and your account gets flagged for fraud or just freezes every transaction you have to wait till they're open because they don't have a 24/7 line for you to call like most other banks/ credit unions, thus the 3 star because it was a big inconvenience to not use my own money.",
