   There is a reason that burger is part of Smashburgers name, because they make AMAZING burgers! While they may be a little on the pricey side, it’s SO worth it! On top of their fabulous burgers, they also have the most INCREDIBLE tater tots! I am NOT a tater tots fan, but, whether you get the regular tots, which are very good, or the Rosemary tots, which are PHENOMENAL, you can’t go wrong with Smashburger’s tots! We get them with every order. They do the same thing with French Fries, and they are every bit as delicious as the tots. This place REALLY knows how to make YUMMY food, and the shakes, well, they are just as tasty! We are repeat customers, and we have NEVER had a bad meal! Whether it’s dine in, or takeout, they ALWAYS get it right, and our orders are always full of special orders. As I said before, my one small knock against them, is that they can be a little pricey. However, they offer Military Discounts, as well as having a great rewards program. They also have special deals, so if you sign up, and supply them with either a cell number or email address, they will let you know prior, as to when and what is on special. We’ve enjoyed many of these special deals. I really couldn’t recommend them higher. Try it, it’s DEFINITELY worth it! Enjoy!

2. 5/5Harder to use yhsn most recent

   This new app is NOT an improvement. The original app was bad but the most recent one before this worked really well overall with the exception that there was one more step to finalize the transaction than seemed necessary or obvious. This newest incarnation makes customizing the order tricky. You think you’e told it what you want but the selection doesn’t “take” until you do two more non obvious steps. Took me three tries to get it right and i could have easily not realised the additions had not been recorded. Plus no mention of my Smah points. No idea if I’ve earned any or had some to use.

3. 1/5Unsecure App…User Beware

   I have order from Smashburger through the app multiple times and never had an issue, until now. My app was hacked and 3 charges were made against my account within 2 days. Two of the transactions were hours apart, all to the same address (which was in a state thousands of miles away). I never thought the app would be insecure considering I have a difficult password and also use Face ID. Smashburger should really up their app security to at least notify the user of the app is being accessed with the used account from a different device. The only way I found out was from my credit card company. Originally I thought it was my credit card information leaked however hours later Smashburger notified me of becoming a “Super Smasher” and figured that it was the app that was hacked. More security measures need to be taken to ensure their customers protection. I would figure an alarm would go off since I don’t frequently order Smashburger and when I do it’s less than $25 and all three transactions totaled over $140. User beware! I have no issues with the food, so my only suggestion is to order directly from the restaurant rather than through the app. The points aren’t worth it.

   Good app, sad that smash burger changed up so much in the past 10 years. We miss having big burgers, doubles are sloppy. We miss the specialty burger for every state, unique things like that is what keeps customers coming back even when out of state. Never heard someone want to go to a BK or McD’s when they go to another state, there is no reason for that. Smash burger needs to bring back specialty state burgers. Twin Cities burger was so good, Colorado Burger, The Windy City Burger! That was a special Thing yall had going there. Bring back the option to have a big party instead of doubles, and bring back state signatures

5. 3/5Food, great- service not so much

   This is the second time my order wasn’t ready . I’m up to ten minutes late now. My last visit was worse. They didn’t put bacon on the bacon burger , then said they didn’t know I wanted bacon . It was on the ticket. The response was “ I didn’t take the order”. There was a loud piercing alarm going off , like a smoke alarm. No one knew what it was , or what to do about it. I made the comment that no one knew what was going on and the employee said “ you’re a liar”. I asked for a manager and she was totally unconcerned. I called the customer service line and didn’t receive a call back. This will be my last time here. I like the food , but the service is terrible . They are now almost 15 minutes late with my order.
