  1. 5/5Awesome

So far I love this app. I initially lost 60 pounds doing intuitive eating but slacked. So, this app helps me get back on track and slow down when I eat. I just wish I could use both meal timer and bite timer at the same time. Overall great app.

  2. 5/5Great app!

I have two recommendations if it can possibly happen in the future: - freedom regarding the timing not limited to 3mins. Let the individual choose how long he wants it to take - freedom regarding the number of times we would like it to happen and not limit it a 3 times as we may want it for longer. In brief just give us more freedom using the app that would be great. Thank you for the amount of work and thought put in the app I really enjoy using it a lot.

  3. 5/5Super helpful to slow down!

The hardest part is starting and sticking to using it. Chewing each bite 20+ times and counting feels silly at first, but eventually it becomes more subconscious. This app helps train you to slow down so you can enjoy your food more. I used it to also help control some of my binge eating brought on by food restriction.

  4. 5/5Weekly and Monthly Statistics

Hi Developer Team, Please add weekly and monthly chewing statistics so users can easily understand their progress. Showing graphs and trends will help users compare their improvement over time and motivate them to build better eating habits. It would also be helpful to show average chewing time per meal and overall improvement percentage. We should also display these graphs and data in a simple and easy-to-read way so users can quickly track their progress and identify areas for improvement. Thanks, SHA

  5. 5/5Responsive

I’ve never used an app where the developer literally responds to every question I asked and adds every feature I sought. This is a great app! The added pause feature is very helpful. Still use this app almost everyday. I love apps that do one thing really well and don’t grab my private info. This is one of those. Developer is super responsive. The haptic change works great! Wow! I revised my rating from 1 to 4 because I was frustrated that I lost the Watch app entirely when they upgraded. They responded super quick and, boom, it was back up and running! The only change I would seek in this app is a stronger haptic signal. I assume that is a limitation of the Apple Watch but unfortunately, it limits the usefulness of what would otherwise be the perfect app for it to function as a meal timer. It’s just too subtle sometimes to alert me that my time is up. Otherwise, it helps me pay attention to my eating time, does it straight from my watch, and doesn’t need, have, or share my data. Trifecta.
