1. 4/5Good but has some issues

   It worked great up until recently. Before I say the problems, I do really like the sleep debt tracker and the alarm. The added noise for falling asleep is pretty great too, I like it. The downsides are it performs horribly, when I start the app I have to wait 2-3 minutes before I can even start tracking because it is completely frozen. This is on a new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I have reinstalled it and all that jazz and I’ve just accepted the fact that it is optimized like garbage. I don’t know if you could call it a problem but the second thing that bothered me is the mic can recognize things that aren’t you as you. I couldn’t figure out why but for a couple weeks it kept saying my sleep quality was less than 20% and that I didn’t sleep all night racking up sleep debt as high as 40 hours in one week. I fell asleep one night with my fan off and it went back to normal, turns out the app thought my fan was me snoring or rolling around and throwing the data way off. Overall good app but it can be inconvenient to use sometimes.

2. 5/5This all is so cool and useful

   I really love this app. I saw some other reviews saying it has a lot of ads or that it thinks as soon as they set the phone down they're asleep... I haven't had that problem at ALL. I don't think I've seen any ads (or so little that I forgot them) and it shows I'm awake for a while before I actually fall asleep. That could just be because I move a LOT when going to sleep; but either way it's perfect for me. It's also really interesting to see the sleep analysis, I don't know how accurate it is but it seems to be pretty true... and it's really cool to see. And it reminds you how much sleep debt you need to catch up on which is ALSO cool, plus the wake up within a half hour of when you need to be up is nice, as it can pick when you are in the lightest sleep and ready to be woken up. My only issue is that I have to remember to unplug my headphones or else it'll just play in them (I usually listen to music before bed, and often I fall asleep and they fall out of my ears) but thats a small price to pay for a great alarm clock!

3. 4/5Very useful but buggy

   This app is great. You set a time to wake up and it will wake you up sometime up to 30 minutes before your set time to try and use what it collects through the night and what we already know about the human sleep cycle to wake you up at the perfect timing for where you are in your current cycle. The issues with this app is sometimes I feel as though the app doesn’t know when to really wake you up because it doesn’t get enough information accurately about your sleep. But in its favor it’s noninvasive (you don’t need it in bed with you) The bugs are just annoying more then a hindrance. Sometimes it’s only buggy when your trying to do something that would be weird like setting your alarm to activate the application for the night while on the phone talking to someone still crashes the app. If you are in the app while on the phone and try to start the alarm for the night after getting off the phone the app will either crash, freeze, or just not respond to the start button. You have to restart it and usually it will work. I get ads even though I’m premium. But rarely and seem to be short ads. When you get a phone call while the alarm is activated if you don’t play or even just have the background noise paused it’ll start playing it when when the call stops. Hopefully the developers can squash these bugs since they been around for a little bit. Happy sleeping sleepzyers!

4. 1/5DONT BUY SUBSCRIPTION

   I tried other apps like eyeshutter etc. then I came across your app I really liked it at first and until I bought the $40 one year subscription pack I forgot the name of itBut I got the subscription everything went well and I start using it a week after it took $5000 out of my bank account so I don’t know if this is a scam or maybe you just have very bad service because I lost $5000 out of your company that could’ve went towards my 6 children’s college fund I am a single mother working eight jobs just to provide for my house that doesn’t even compare to my children’s clothes schools my house bills medical bills and if you don’t respond I will sue you for stealing and embezzling money from my account because this is unacceptable and I have tried other businesses I have wrote reviews they have answered but I have tried the apps again and they don’t update it so if you can’t update it for me that I wont use your app and I will be contacting your manager whoever because this is unacceptable I will be calling my lawyers please let me have your phone number or your email or both if you would like to so we can talk personally.😒

5. 5/5Great app! Just a few suggestions

   I really love this app! It’s better than sleep cycle, because the UI is much more efficient and the visuals with the sleep quality help you understand the data more clearly. The data seems to be accurate as well. To people using the app, please use the accelerometer to track rather than the microphone if you want your notifications to come through. I need to use another app to wake me up before sunrise every night. I’ve searched for a long time for an app that allowed me to do that. And I found this one! So thank you!! 👍🏼 Just a few suggestions: First it would be nice if you could have an option to communicate with Apple health to write data about sleep analysis. Second, please also provide an option to put the data together from 2 different sleep sessions from the same night, in case you accidentally close the app, or get up in the middle of the night. That is all, thank you!
