1. 4/5I love it but it doesn’t accurately track my sleep

   I’ve been using the app for 3/4 days now and I love it! It gives me the proper sleep cycle especially when I have insomnia and struggle going to sleep and staying asleep. I’ve noticed I’ve been waking up a lot easier instead of easily sleeping in until late in the day. It’s just unfortunate it doesn’t track my progress.

2. 3/5Kind of good

   So when I first got this app, it was good and it only said you can do that cool things if you pay money so I did not pay money because I don’t want to and this is so annoying. You should not pay make people pay money and it really helped me but oh so late, it doesn’t let you unlock the sound you want so the fourth and I unlock with the thunder one and when I woke up, it scared me so much. You should let them at least unlock like five when they scared it please you need to do this.

3. 4/5Works pretty well

   It calculates how much sleep I need by when I need to be awake. I used it last night for the first time so I would wake up refreshed for my devotion time earlier in the mornings. I'm trying to set a pattern. What it calculated for me was accurate and helped me wake up better. The alarm clock has a pleasant tone as well. I just get bugged when the app teases you with stuff that has to be purchased. But I understand they do it to make money. Just a pet peeve.

4. 5/5Haven't slept like this in a while

   Just got the app last night. I've been struggling badly with getting the right amount of sleep for the past few months. No matter how much I slept, I'd always feel sleepy throughout the day. I got the app last night and decided to give it a shot. I aimed to get all 6 cycles. I woke up when the alarm went off at 9am, and I couldn't believe it. I felt so energized!! It's 3pm now and I haven't once felt sleepy as I'm going through my schoolwork. This app is very helpful in determining the right amount of sleep for me, and I'm very excited to continue using it!

   This truthfully is a great app I usually have a wack sleep schedule but this app helps me to manage that. Before the upgrade It lets you put when you want to wake up, and tell you when you should go to bed. Or you can use the IF I GO TO SLEEP RIGHT NOW mode, which is my favorite because I am a night OWL, then you will have alarms already there that you can pick! And before the upgrade it only lets you pick how long you want to snooze for. (The settings button to change how long you want to snooze for and other stuff like the sound of your alarm It is in the top left corner)....after the upgrade for $2.99 it lets you get ready for bed with melodies and how long you take to fall asleep, so you can customize it to your needs. And it tells you advice that is very helpful for a good nights rest. I Am still working to fix my sleep schedule fully but I will soon, especially with the upgrade and I am only 11!
