   I recently started using the Sleep Monitor app, and it has been a game-changer for my sleep routine. This app offers a comprehensive suite of features designed to help users understand and improve their sleep patterns. Key Features: 1.Sleep Tracking: The app provides detailed insights into my sleep cycles, including deep sleep, light sleep, and REM phases. It’s fascinating to see a visual representation of my sleep patterns and understand how they correlate with my daily activities and overall health. 2.Sleep Sounds: One of my favorite features is the extensive library of sleep sounds. From calming nature sounds to white noise, there’s a sound for every preference. I particularly enjoy the rain sounds, which help me drift off quickly and maintain a deep sleep throughout the night. 3.Smart Alarm: The smart alarm feature gently wakes me up during the lightest phase of my sleep cycle within a set time window.    I have been trying to improve my life and want to have a more pleasant experience with my nights. It appears to be able to track snoring, sleep talking and how many times you wake up which may help my psychiatrist who already prescribed a medication for my nightmares since I have ptsd, which nightmares are common with. The sounds helped me get to sleep last night and it also measures your heart rate which I have needed at times to make sure I am not about to actually die. So I am going to try this ritual of thirty minutes to get ready for bed to include washing and reading as suggested. I hope this helps me with increasing my awareness so I can be a better advocate of myself when I do receive professional help. If it helps me communicate about my bad dreams in a way that can help explain why this is happening to me and what I can do about it, I will be very grateful. It may not change my night terror but help me shower, read and know how much quality REM sleep I’m receiving.

   I honestly feel like this app should be completely free—no subscriptions, no add-ons, no hidden costs. I use this app to help care for my nephew, who has epilepsy, and the fact that I can’t access basic features like audio playback or visual charts without paying is not just disappointing—it’s infuriating. These tools aren’t luxury extras for me—they’re essential for understanding what’s going on with him in real time. When you put critical features like these behind a paywall, you’re not just limiting functionality—you’re cutting off access to families who need this technology to care for loved ones. Not everyone has the money to spare for subscriptions or upgrades, especially when we’re already dealing with the emotional and financial stress of caring for someone with a chronic medical condition. It feels incredibly unfair and honestly discriminatory to restrict life-improving features from those who can’t afford to pay. And don’t even get me started on the audio—it picks up everything in the background, making it nearly impossible to hear what actually matters. I want to hear what’s being said clearly, not guess or fight with interference. This app could be a truly life-changing tool, but instead, it’s just frustrating and borderline useless unless you can afford to unlock everything. We shouldn’t have to pay a premium to get the basic functionality we need to care for someone’s health and well-being. Do better—for the families who rely on this.

   Just disappointed really.. upon downloading the app, they throw a ton of prices at you, then “flash sales” to drop the price to get you to purchase. Different “flash sales” pushed on you show different numbers, but its all the same cost at the end of the day. I give them props for their marketing team cause initially it looked like a great deal, but was still the same as the other theee “deals” shoved in my face. After I was able to navigate through all the pop ups, I finally got to the main menu. There were some different options, and found the sleep record! I started it, kept my phone open in the app and laying next to me, and went to sleep. The next morning, it shows what times I had talked in my sleep, snored, and time marked other disturbances, too! I was curious to hear what it picked up, so I went to go hit play, and wouldnt you know it! Another “flash sale” ad popped up! You cannot hear your own recordings without paying for a membership first. Its unfortunate they do not offer a free trial at the least to hear what their recording samples hear like before purchasing. I dont know how good the quality is, or if their time markers on the app are accurate, or the categories they put the noises under are correct. Im uninstalling this app as it is useless without spending money.

   Well thought out, easy to use, organized, helpful!!! Love this app!!! Can’t complain for the price whatsoever! A whole year and it gives you pointers, suggestions for better sleep such as possible new sleep positions. Offers an array of white noise or meditation noises. I love that it records throughout the night so you can monitor what’s going on if you’re struggling with resting. It’s able to tell you when you’re in rem sleep, when you’re resting light or right before you enter rem. You can also pair it with your health statistics if you want. I particularly like right before you’re going to bed how you can put in different factors like if you’re sick, if you are late, if you’ve had caffeine that day or even if you’re not sleeping in your own bed. All these different factors do and can affect sleep. Love love love this app.
