5/5A great addition for our salon
We have used hadepay for the last 2 weeks and the money savings are fabulous due to the ability to have customers pay it. The savings is why we switched, but one feature I’m really happy with is the ability to itemized all my services, manage inventory, and easily keep track of hours and sales for my commission stylists. It has removed many headaches that I didn’t realize we had, and has cut 4-6 hours from my week that I once spent doing the things that hadepay automatically does for us. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the people are great.

5/5A wonderful tool for my business
I used a Verifone for 10 years and wasn’t sure how I would work with an iPad for taking payments but this service has been wonderful. The rates are low, the app is free, and I am able to keep track of all my card, cash, and check payments. I also really like the inventory management and if I ever need anything, I can pick up the phone and talk to a real person or they will come down to my store. This is a great service for businesses in Kentucky.

Since I began the process with Sky, every single step of the way has been fast and easy. It’s so customizable for ANY type of business- it’s perfect. It’s not just about the payment to them- it’s really how can they help make things easier for you. Getting ahold of customer service with Sky is really how you would want any customer service to be. 24/7 support with calling and texting options. We were using three….THREE different apps to do what Sky does with one! Best of it all, is it’s optional to use the app. We had customers complain about having to download another app on their phone, but with Sky you have OPTIONS! Web based or on the app. Who else does that?

Best thing I ever did for my business. I had wanted to take credit cards for a while but didn’t know which company to use. HadePay is so easy and always great customer service. You can talk to someone personally anytime you need to! They also are always improving their service to keep up with the times!

I used PayPal for years before switching to Sky Systemz. I was over complicating my process but Adam helped me simplify things and answered all of my questions as well as troubleshoot things. (Those things were user error and very simple to get straightened out) Wonderful business to work with.

Before, you had to go into the iOS Settings of the device and forget the device in the bluetooth settings, which made it difficult for users to remember or having to do it often if the chipper isn’t frequently used. - Contract Details via Contracts tab Simple fix to view the contract details when you input the customer. - Customer Notes syncing from other devices Now, if you create a “Note” on the WebDashboard, it will sync to iOS. Before, it was just stored locally. - Detailed Report Update For Payrix Merchants, we added a pop-up message explaining the the Gross & Net may not be updated until the Net is sent to PayRix for update. The pop-up says “The displayed transactional sums may not be completely accurate and can affect the net amount. The net amount values are updated to reflect their true value on the following day at 1:30 PM EST”. Before, it was a learning curve for clients to understand how the Net amounts work. - Printing receipts from a transaction will now show the correct amount. Before, it was printing $0.00 while the Digital Receipt/Invoice showed the correct amount. - UI Improvement on the Kitchen Order screen Buttons - “Complete” & “Print” are optimized.
