Welcome to the renewed version of SipSkip — redesigned with a smoother, faster experience and a focus on core social features for nightlife lovers. New in this version: • Sip or Skip Rating System - Users can "Sip" (like) venues to boost their public score, or "Skip" (dislike) them with optional private feedback sent directly to the venue • "I'm Going" Check-ins - Button on venue profiles that lets users indicate they're planning to visit that venue tonight • Uber Integration - Direct link on each venue profile that opens the Uber app with the venue's location already entered • "Swipe The Cards" - Tinder-style feature that displays nearby venues as swipe-able cards for easy browsing Note: This is a rebuilt version of the original SipSkip app. Some previous features (like Stripe payments, passkit and push notifications) are not yet included in this build and will return in future updates.

This update introduces SipSkip’s App Clip so your night out stays in flow, at participating venues you can open SipSkip right from a QR or link, jump straight into that venue’s pass, complete checkout, and redeem with staff without hunting through the full app first. Your scan carries the venue context so you land on the right offer for that spot, and if the link is missing information or we can’t load venue details, you’ll get a clear message instead of a dead end so you can rescan or try again. SipSkip Pass availability and terms still vary by location, and alcohol-related venues must require you to be 21 or older.

This update improves SipSkip’s App Clip for participating venues. Scan a venue QR on location’s pass, pay with Apple pay checkout, then redeem with staff bar venues let you pick a bartender; stadium venues use a staff redeem code. Links now use the /clip/{venue} format so venue context is clearer, with loading states, retry if details fail to load, and plain-language errors when a scan is missing or invalid. SipSkip Pass availability and terms still vary by location, and alcohol-related venues require you to be 21 or older.

This update improves SipSkip’s App Clip and handoff to the full app. Scan on location pay with Apple Pay and redeem with staff (bartender at bars, redeem code at stadiums). Installed users get a smoother path to the correct venue via appclip and the main app, with better loading, retries, and clear errors. Staff accounts see a message to sign in as a customer to buy passes. Availability varies by location; alcohol venues require 21+.
