  1. 5/5Phenomenal

I have been using this extension extensively on Firefox even before it was available on Safari. I don't think there is any other extension that comes close SingleFile in its capabilities. People familiar with web development will appreciate the technical achievement of Gildas Lormeau who developed this extension. Users will appreicate the one-click download of the entire webpage along with the fonts, images, and other assets as a single HTML file which they can open in any browser on any device.

  2. 5/5Indispensable- a must-have!

Seriously, in my research work flow there are few tools I couldn’t be without. The all-in-one SingleFile, opened by anything that opens an html file, is one of them. It faithfully captures a webpage like nothing else. Thank you Gildas!

  3. 5/5Works with Hide Distracting Items!

I discovered today that if you go through the page and use ios 18 Safari's "hide distracting items" feature to get rid of all the ad blocks, autoplaying videos, etc, SingleFile will produce an html file that is also bereft of those items! Great for permanent archiving of news articles.

  4. 5/5Great extension

I needed to save down a series of webpages that included formatting and images. This extension was perfect. Super easy and fast, and the results were a single HTML file that could be opened easily in any browser. I was able to easily customize what I wanted the name of each file to be, and I just loaded the webpage, clicked the extension button, and the single file would download to my Downloads folder. Thank you so much for making this!

  5. 5/5Downloads dont show up in files app on iPhone after updating to iOS 18.5

It used to automatically go there. Now it “downloads” but goes nowhere. It’s in the download list on Safari but the file is nowhere else. I actually thinks it’s an iOS bug. But there may be something you need to do.
