  1. 5/5Fhm+

This app is hands down the best! This app allows you to put minimal thought into working out. The workout part of the app allows you to do a 30 minute or 60 minute session. I am a busy mom of 2 and prefer the 30 minute session and it still gets the job done. I have minimal space for workout equipment so I am able to do it all with dumbbells and bands. I like that it focuses on progressive overload and it isn’t just a bunch of random exercises each week. I came from Madeline Moves and while I liked her app, I like this app better because I feel that this app really focuses more on progressive overload which is the key to muscle growth. Each day consists of 6-7 or so different exercises and you complete it for 4 weeks. The app is very user friendly. It also offers alternatives for exercises. The app also has recipes that are very easy to cook and great for families with picky eaters! 🤩

  2. 5/5Awesome App!! Amazing Recipes and Workouts!!!

First of all, the customer service is outstanding! The owner will respond as soon as you have a question or need help. The app is awesome! You get all the macro friendly / high protein delicious recipes and the workouts all in one place. The workouts are super challenging. The recipes are easy to make and always come out great. If you are thinking about going with macros, this app has everything you need to be successful. For context I am a man, my goals are to build muscle. I have already added 10 lbs of muscle. This brand makes it realistic hitting my macro targets, doing the workouts and eating these recipes. I always look forward to the new recipes and the workouts never get old plus they are challenging - I’m up in all of my major lifts and I feel great! great job to FHM+ and thank you! I needed this!

  3. 5/5Affordable and Doable

I realize I am only in my first week but I have been watching from afar for awhile. Having come from another macro tracking and fitness site, I find this one to be far more affordable with similar features. The recipes are actually doable and taste good! While you are not following a video of people leading exercises, I do enjoy the format of the exercises once I figured out how to follow along. As with most new things you have a period of trial and error and it takes time to figure out the app (especially as you get older). Once you get the hang of it though, you should be good to go.

  4. 5/5FHM+ 5+ Stars!

I’ve been on my fitness journey now for over 5 years and have went through a lot of training apps during that time and let me say I took advantage of the week free trial and after 1 workout I immediately joined the training app! Tami includes 60 and 30 minute workouts and I so appreciate the 30 minute options to get in my home gym and get out in the morning or even get on my treadmill and still have time for my steps after my lift! Simple and affective plus an amazing monthly price point! Tami is great with being active in the community and a great cheerleader!

  5. 1/5This app is the worst

$20 a month and they can’t even proofread their recipes. It’s my first week and two of the recipes have errors, and the weekly ingredient list is incomplete. Ingredients are called for in the directions that are not listed in the weekly ingredient list, or even on the ingredients listed in the actual recipe. I’m sure no one is testing the recipes for taste or quality if no one can even bother proofreading them. I’ve spent two hours trying to figure out how to get through to send a message to customer service, and the app won’t let me, my login doesn’t work on their website, the password reset email never came. It’s a hot pile of garbage, so do not waste your money. Whoever is running this doesn’t give a crap about your actual experience once they get your money. Total regret in trying this.
