   Overall this app has many different opportunities, functions well, and is very informative. However, if you are using a cellphone it may be difficult to complete task. It won’t registered when I finished lessons when I used my phone’s app to complete them. So I had to switch to my laptop to complete lessons and get my green check for my completion. The only other complaint I have is it can be difficult at times to know what a courses prices are because I doesn’t always directly state cost.

   My experience with them personally, they are fraudulent. They tricked me into buying one of their courses and said you would get a discount from $1,800 to $1400. I took the bait for one of their courses, and realized they added interest to the discounted price which meant I didn’t owe them that $1,400 anymore, I owed them $1,800+. They use affirm to make you pay the loan. I tried to cancel the loan or have them make me pay only a percentage of the course since over the course of time, I realized I never used their course, the cybersecurity one. It wasn’t good at all, and I don’t recommend it. Buy a Udemy course for $15 and save your money. Or watch professormessor’s free videos, or buy the $35 book by Darril Gibson. Don’t fall for these money shark hungry thieves. They will make you pay the full price of the course, even if you’re not using it. I reached out to their staff politely and they didn’t respond regarding my refund request, one of their staff members named Kushagra Shetty (guidance counselor for the cybersecurity department). Now I’m paying each month for the course for a full price that was supposed to be a discount. These are disgusting tactics to get people to buy your course, when you trick them in the process and don’t even give them a refund for not using the course. Please don’t give this platform your money, find better and more affordable resources. My 2 cents. Take it or leave it.

   I have had the WOREST experience with them, I was told one price and was charged something different, the sales guy told me to accept the officer and then they will be able to credit my account. Once I did and I requested the credit they never returned my calls or email. I requested a refund by phone within the week time, but the sales guy didn’t note my account. And told me that it would take a while but he will issue my refund. So when i emailed him about my refund he never answer. So then when I started calling I never got through and when I would they said they are in sales and can’t help me. I didn’t a chat and same they they say that they are sales and cant help. Now if I do get a general response they say I am past my one week. I DID CANCEL WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OVER THE PHONE, so NO I don’t have prove by emai. I have been fighting with them for a year to get a refund. I was also told that everything was done online at my own pace come to find out there are live online classes that I have to attend which I can’t then to top it off, some of the videos don’t even work. I have tried on my iPad, laptop and phone, I have sent then video and screen shots of it not working and still nothing. They said it’s working on their end. Of course they will say that, but I send you prove that it is not working for me. I have opened a claim with The Better Business Bureau three times Simplilearn sent me email saying sorry what happened. I send them my complaint then they stop replying. I am stuck paying over 1,000 for nothing. I wish I never signed up with them, I just want my money back. It is a crime to steal and I am left helpless. I NEED HELP AND MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!

   The lessons within the app are straight to the point for learning introductions or gaining specific skills in various topics such as data analytics, coding for programming, or broader subjects on the IoT. There is a lot of content for business-savvy individuals who like to learn about technology. I would recommend Simplilearn for individuals who generally have a broad sense of knowledge and a general understanding of their field. These courses are great to help scale your learning to gain an understanding from a basic level that also covers any skill gap. The materials cover specific techniques, tools, and purposes of the methods used to implement certain operations with the field one works in to have better insight into organizational strategies. Overall, this app is a good tool for learning, and I would recommend these modules to any individual that needs to stack their knowledge on a particular subject.
