   I love the simple calendar and colors with reminders and repeat for task as I have ADHD and the only little small thing I see is no subtasks just a notes section could yall make a subtask line for us that want to break tasks down that’s the only thing this needs for me to fully enjoy it. I use my reminders app for subtasks it just doesn’t have the time block option of a calendar. Other things cost money and I don’t believe in paying for something to help my adhd and staying on task and not losing track of things. Please consider the subtasks section and maybe a section for adding small reminders like if it doesn’t have a time needs to be something to just add it to the calendar for all day or as a check off task and if the checkoff task had subtasks would be great those are the only things I can think of is a task added with reminders and subtasks to add in to the calendar. I love everything else about it other than adding new colors to it for multiple tasks and events. Thanks for reading this look forward to updates.

2. 5/5Best Calendar App!

   This is one of my favorite apps I’ve ever had. I’ve been using it for a couple years and it’s still consistently helpful. The basic calendar that comes with iPhones is probably one of my least favorite apps. SimpleCal lets me see all my events for a month, organize them into different groups, select a variety of colors for events, customization of the display, and it does everything that a calendar should do. You can also link it to your regular iPhone calendar so the information you need is all in one place. I also like that it has an input history where it remembers the events I schedule frequently and allows me to make the same event with the same time and preferences. It’s so much easier to stay organized with this app, I have never written a review for an app before but I seriously just love this calendar 😭

   I’ve been using it for a while now, and it’s become my go-to calendar app. It’s super easy to use, and it’s exactly what I was looking for in a calendar app—no clutter, just the basics done well. The color-coding feature is super helpful for organizing my schedule, and I like that I can set reminders for events. It’s already making me feel more on top of things! That said, I do wish there were more color options for events. Some of the colors look very similar, and it can get a little confusing when I’m trying to organize everything at a glance. Also, it would be great if the days that had passed were grayed out. Overall, though, this app has been a huge help for staying organized, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, effective calendar. If they added more color choices and the grayed-out days feature, it would be perfect!

4. 5/5Genuinely fantastic

   Didn’t think I’d be writing about a calendar app but this has saved my LIFE. I have adhd and as a college student, I’ve struggled for several years to turn work in on time (or to even remember I had work). So at the start of the semester, I decided to finally download this in desperation, so all my school assignments and classes could be in one place outside my Apple calendar. Didn’t realize I was gonna be using this thing for the rest of my life at the time, but that looks like where we’re headed! My favorite feature is that it has so many more options for setting reminders (15 minutes before, 1 hour before, etc.) and there’s NO LIMIT! Apple calendar only lets you use two, but you can set all of them here if you want, and it’s fantastic. It really holds me accountable and I couldn’t be more pleased.

5. 4/5Mostly good, minor quirks

   Overall, a good calendar to replace the very basic Apple calendar on iOS devices. I liked enough to subscribe and eliminate ads. You can add multiple calendars and easily select which ones to show and choose a color for them, which is very useful (I use 4 different calendars in addition to the holiday’s calendar). Downside - colors do not seem to sync across devices (even though there is a setting for that), so I have to go into each device that I use and manually change them but once done they seem to stick (other calendars I’ve used would "revert" after some period of time). Two things that I would love to see… 1) a MacOS version and 2) I used a different calendar before where I could include icons, and even show icons automatically based on conditions (title contains FLIGHT would show an airplane icon for example)… I found that to be incredibly useful and would love to see something similar added.
