"title": "One of the best Apps in n the App Store",
"body": "After using this app for many years, I signed up to become a Gold (paying) subscriber, not for the additional features it offered, but because I love this app and want to support them. Shopper is an app I use every day. When I run out of something, I immediately add it to my list in Shopper. I have a grocery list, a drugstore list, a hardware list, a list for our vacation home, and holiday lists. If my husband calls on his way home and asks if I need anything from the grocery, I simply sync my grocery list to him. He checks items off the list as he gets them. If he isn’t able to get an item, it stays on the list. A few years ago, I was asked to give a presentation to the members of a ladies club, many of whom were older and struggled with technology, on how to get the best usage from their smart phones. As part of the presentation, I recommended three apps, and Shopper was the first one on the list. It is the one app I wouldn’t want to live without. Kudos to everyone at Shopper. Well done!",

"title": "Awesome app with super pro-active customer support!",
"body": "I have been using shopper for years. I tried a few others but decided to go with this one. It is so easy to customize your lists and create new ones. I was able to take my own pictures to use as thumbprints on my lists. Pet Supplies has a picture of my best friend, Jack, a rescue Eskipoo. I decided I wanted to move some of my frequently used lists up and others down on the list. I emailed technical support through the app and got a reply within two days. Two days later I got a follow up email to see if I needed anything else. I had a another question followed by more questions. The email replies to my questions were within minutes of each other. This is not the typical customer support for an app. The app gets 5 stars and the technical support gets 6 stars. Unfortunately 5 is the highest I can get. Thank you shopper for you app and great support.",

"title": "Recent updates killed my customization",
"body": "I have been a gold subscriber for years with this app and have loved it till the most recent update this week. A few days ago, I received a notification about my upcoming subscription renewal. It asked if I wanted to cancel or keep. I selected ‘keep’. Right after that the app completely disappeared from from phone and I had to redownload from the App Store. I just went in to add some items to my grocery list and everything is different. The custom pics/order I had for aisles are all gone...and food items that should be in the same aisle aren’t grouping by that aisle. Items that I had added and frequently buy are no longer even on my list. It has completely changed everything and the original reason I purchased this app. Also, annual subscription jumped from $5.99 to $8.99...really...a 50% increase? Not sure I’m loving this app anymore.",

"body": "... and has been for years now. It is truly a part of my everyday life. Can’t say that about many others. Why? 1. Easy to learn/easy to use. HUGE! 2. Auto -organization by category/isle. It just does it for me! And I can refine to match a specific store as well. 3. I create lists for multiple kinds of stores (Hardware, dollar store, Asian market, grocery, Costco, etc) so items to be purchased are always in the right place. 4. Since my phone is always with me, I can always add an item I need to a list at any time and any place. And my lists never get lost - unlike those old paper lists The app is just plain terrific! Update for 2022 - hard to add more… Shopper is still indispensable, still used most every day! Bravo! You guys continue to crush it! Thanks",

"title": "Great app for shopping and recipes",
"body": "I love this app for 3 main reasons. First, it lets me create template lists, which I use these for specific stores and recipes. That way, I can have a default list of products I usually buy at specific a store, and I simply uncheck the ones I don't need that day. Or if I'm making one of my frequent recipes, I just select that template and it adds everything to my shopping list. Second, it intelligently combines everything...so if 3 different recipes call for garlic, it will add up the total number of cloves in my shopping list. And third, it organizes everything by aisle/department, which you can further customize to match the layouts of your stores. It has made dinner and party planning so much easier for me!",
