5/5The new app is a shopper’s dream
I’ve been hoping that ShopMy would release an app for the broader shopper base since it launched circles this summer - and it’s better than I could have anticipated. I’ve spent all day getting my app all set up and it really feels like your own little personalized shop of things you love and creators you love. The Lists feature is incredible - I can organize and save products for later (it’s perfect ahead of the holidays). If you always have a million tabs open of products you want to buy or screenshots from creators you follow - this is a game changer. Scrolling Latest Finds from creators in my circles is so addictive too, I love how it updates to show you what’s new, when it was linked, who else loves the product. It’s just so sleek and easy to navigate, it’s a truly enjoyable product to use and is elevated but not intimidating. It feels like an app from a luxury brand but with the most intuitive technology. Loving it!

5/5Saved my Family
For a while, I had been struggling to make my daughter happy. She was back from college and has beautiful garments and jewelry, principally from her grandparents who spoil her, quite frankly. I came onto this app in search of some affordable and stylish items (a watch, some penny loafers, etc) that I knew she would want. I’ll never forget her words when she looked into my eyes this Christmas and said “you’re the best dad of all time! The quality is amazing and I’m so happy to have received these gifts”. ShopMy saved my family this Christmas, truly, and I’m grateful to the developer for this wonderful gift they’ve made me.

5/5HELLO new way to shop!
As a consumer, I have been getting so fatigued by how much noise around products there is out there on socials. While I love engaging with meaningful content, my whole feed has turned into a giant billboard where I’m not sure who or what to trust any more which endorsed products and posts prioritized on my feed vs actual people I want to get recommendations from. I love this new side of ShopMy so I can follow the people I actually care about and see what products they are recommending without scrolling through all of the noise. Algorithms are out. ShopMy Shopping app is IN!!!!!

I really like the concept but the execution is lacking. As someone who works in tech brand development here is some feedback; too many bugs, I’m constantly unable to open links. The ability for lower level creators to level up tiers is too high, even when it’s been proven they hold more social authority with their audience. Having brands reaching out to creators, to promote product they don’t own but essentially asking them to purchase at a discounted rate is a bit backwards and unethical. No one should be asked to promote products they haven’t used. I’ve been using the app for months now and still haven’t seen any of the commission I’ve earned which concerns me. Please take this as constructive criticism from a creator and a fellow industry expert.

1/5Half of my orders doesn’t show up
I like ShopMy and how easy I can add shelves with products, that I can connect posts for each product, selection of stores, even thou there are so many missing. BUT, Half of my orders doesn’t show, and because of that, missed so many payments. Used to contact the ShopMy customer service, each time, when I noticed, and now, just gave up. Few of my friends ordered things using my links, and received their products. And even after (promised by ShopMy) 7 days, they don’t show up on my earnings. It’s very inconvenient to ask people for screenshots of their orders every time they make orders, especially friends. Why can’t ShopMy fix this problem, that’s been happening for last two years I’ve used it? How hard is it to track clicks and orders?
