1. 5/5Probably after the new update for me

   After the update its keeps saying I need a verification I click on it and then it sends me back in saying I still need to keep verification browse. I keep clicking on the button, but nothing happens. I keep clicking and clicking and clicking. It tries to go to a new page but then it sends me right back instantly to the browse page saying I need to your verification to continue browsing the app is really good. I use it almost every day. I have no problem with it so I don’t know why you’re doing this now.

2. 1/5Pro Source has not been working for months now

   I have used this app for a couple years now, but for the past five months the pro source has not been working. At first, it was just some bugs and glitches, but now for the past three or four months, the pro source has been unavailable and you have to pay for that. I have been waiting patiently however there have not been any updates as to when the pro source may be coming back or if it ever is and I am still being charged as if I can access the pro source. My entire library is mainly consists of manga that is from the pro source and I have not been able to read any of that manga unless I go through and change the source for every single manga. I have maybe around 350 different manga saved, and that would take forever to go in and change. At this point, I would just like to know if the ProSource is ever coming back so I can stop wasting my time and money. I completely understand that things like this take time, but being informed is the least I would expect.

3. 4/5Downloads need to be updated

   A few things I like the vast amount of mangas/webtoons and such, however downloads take too long to press one at a time a function to download all chapters would be a nice addition. Also after downloading sometimes when I reach the end of the chapter and scroll to move onto the next chapter it doesn’t load the next chapter or it skips the next one and brings me to the end of the chapter after (for example if I’m done with chapter 15 it will bring me to the end of chapter 17) so afterwards I would leave the chapter read the next chapter and the same problem occurs. If I just read the chapters without downloading there isn’t a problem the next chapter loads like normal. I usually download manga to read when I have no cell service and would like it if this problem didn’t occur.

4. 2/5Ads and chapter issues

   So first off I will say this app is pretty decent however I find having to watch an ad at the end of EVERY chapter really annoying. Couldn’t it be pushed back to every 5 chapters? Or something like that so users who don’t pay aren’t being bombarded with ads in every chapter they read. Also I’ve noticed that for the pro section some of the manga/ manhwa/manhua chapters aren’t in order. Like some of the bonus chapters and side chapters are put first even though any new readers would be thrown off given they wouldn’t know the characters or situations that may be referenced from the main story. In other instances I’ve found chapters in complete disarray where the first chapter is 2 or even 4 followed by 1. This is an issue I think should be fixed. Also, I want to add that I don’t think it’s right to be charging folks for translation. that your app didn’t translate. Given that many of the manga or manhwa I’ve read have been from translation groups I’ve personally followed or gone to their websites for. Idk I just think it’s kinda dumb taking money when you didn’t do the work in translating the stories. If all the stories on pro where translated by y’all’s I wouldn’t really mind y’all asking for money to have access to recently uploaded chapters and no ads, but sadly you’re using translations from other groups or in some cases the official translation (mind you the official translation isn’t that surprising since that’s the norm I’ve been seeing for other manga apps) that it’s kinda disappointing. Also one last thing before I forget, I think y’all should had a function that tells users how long it’ll take for paywalls chapters to be free. At least then it won’t be disappointing for those who check often when they’ll be able to read the new chapter of a story only available on pro.

5. 1/5Too Many ADs

   I can’t even get through one chapter to even know if I like this app because a million advertisements are popping up… it makes me unwilling to buy the membership because I can’t even view the “free” mangas without being hassled to get premium every 2 seconds or being spammed with advertisements. Sure there are good mangas that I want to read on here, but they’re the same on other apps with less of the hassle and for the same price membership wise. If you can’t even try it out a bit to see how an app functions or works, why would I put money into it? I don’t think I’ll continue using this app because all the advertising, even if the premium will get rid of it I’m still turned off because I can’t even check the actual app out like I said to see if it’s one that I enjoy using.
