   The app has a bug where it requires an app store update, then enters a continuous feedback loop. This says "update is unavailable," and you actually have to delete the app and then reinstall it. This has happened to me three times in the last year and a half. I've pointed it out to the development team, but there's been no resolution. Otherwise, the app works okay

2. 5/5It Just Works

   I tap to open the app and 2 seconds later I see the month's schedule, the days I'm working marked by blue dots. In just 2 more taps I can see my coworkers' schedules, with green dots offering open shifts. The design is useful yet elegant in it's simplicity. I like it and I hope you will too. Minor gripe: exporting my work schedule to my google/apple calendars has to be done with the website, it cannot be done through the app. That said, the website was clearly designed to be useful above all else, so it was very easy to link my calendars once I got on the website.

3. 2/5FACE ID NEEDED

   This app is very useful. Unfortunately repeatedly having to put in my company email then go to a new screen and again put in my company email by repeat password just to be able to see my schedule is not helpful and actually makes looking at the schedule very difficult. Once I’m into the schedule it works fine. I highly recommend that the developers initiate a form of Face ID for newer phones and fingerprint ID for the older phones as soon as possible. Thank you.

4. 4/5Great Features - needs touch/Face ID access

   My company recently changed to this platform for scheduling. After adjustment, it seems to work well. Recommend to developer that it support touch/face ID authentication. Much better than periodic password challenge.

5. 1/5Recent changes are not good

   There needs to be an option to save the default view. The app used to open to my group’s schedule but now I just see my own. It take three taps now to show the entire group which is my preference. One to hit the menu, another to select group then one more to choose the actual group. Then w verbal hours later it will revert to just my own.
