"body": "Terrible to share photos. Hard to look at since the photos won’t enlarge from the announcement, and you can not download them either. Photos from the classroom is something that is needed for parents to be able to talk to their child about their day (specifically young children and children with special needs).",

"body": "Logging in is non existent on my account. Supporting our child's teacher by viewing daily updates is impossible. Links are non-functional and the downloaded app does not provide any relief. This communication method is a serious safety issue since it is the only approved method sanctioned by the Shelby County School System.",
