    • A new guided setup. A few quick taps, confirm what Shed read from your watch, and your plan is built in about a minute. • Cross-training. Worn down or protecting a sore spot? Ask for a bike, swim, elliptical, or rowing session in place of a run and send it to your watch like any workout. • Charts in chat. Ask about your easy-run heart rate or weekly mileage and the answer comes back as a chart you can scrub. • Race codes. Scan a code at a sponsored race to unlock an extended trial. • The home screen now marks today's workout as completed once you've run it. • "What is VDOT?" finally gets a straight answer, one tap from your fitness score. • Cleaner bottom sheets, a refreshed icon, and schedule changes that land exactly where you asked. • A cleaner, bolder look across the app, a better-reading chat, and a matching new icon.

    • A coach page. Every morning Shed writes the day for you: how your legs are, what this part of the block is for, and what is worth knowing before you run. • Change the plan from that page. Move a run, skip today, take it easier, call a rest week, add a cross-training session, or log an injury in your own words. • Shed now suggests changes instead of making them. Nothing moves until you accept it. • Logged runs read properly. The verdict sits at the top of the card, on target or within tolerance or off target, with the reason underneath and your numbers across the full width. • Heart rate across the whole run, drawn against your zones, so you can see where the reps landed and how fast you came back down. • Time in zones now fills in. It had been coming up empty on every run. • Best-effort records now use your fastest rep. They had been storing the middle one, so a session of 6:30, 6:23 and 6:34 recorded the 6:30. • The page tells you when it last changed.

  • 1.12

    • A new icon. • Your run now gets read on the coach page the same day you run it: the verdict, the numbers behind it, and what it means for the next session. • The morning check-in asks how you slept as well as how the legs are. • Best-effort records use your fastest rep. They had been storing the middle one, so a session of 6:30, 6:23 and 6:34 recorded the 6:30. • Time in zones fills in on every run. It had been coming up empty.

  • 1.13

    • Your coach now has a page. Finished runs land there with a verdict, Sunday evening brings the week in review, and a rough morning gets a call on the day's session. • When training drifts, Shed proposes a reshaped week. One tap applies it, and Undo puts it back. • Race week. Seven days out Shed shifts to race mode: the week at a glance, a written pacing plan you can carry to the start line, and a message on race morning. • Finished a block? Plan the next one right from the coach page. • Fixes across notifications and the fitness page.

  • 1.14

    • Pick the days you run and your plan follows them. If your long run lands on a day you do not run, it moves to one you do. • Every run now breaks into splits per mile or kilometre, read from the route your watch recorded. • Notifications are easier to find and switch on or off, and the coach page marks when something new is waiting. • When Shed suggests easing today's run or reshaping the week, you can take it with one tap. • Redeem a code from the subscription page. • A subscription page that fits one screen, and fixes across sheets and forms.

    • Fixed the "Adjust with Shed" and "Move to another day" buttons on a workout. Both did nothing when tapped.

This release adds the science behind your training and a big polish pass across the app. - Why this workout: a session can now show the research behind it, with links to the actual studies, not just our word for it - What is VDOT: a plain explainer for your fitness score and how to move it - Profile tab (formerly Memory) now holds your reference numbers, including VDOT and your heart rate zones - A cleaner home screen you can read at a glance, with settings in the top corner - Plan more than one run on a day, and log doubles - The weather card's best run window now reads your local conditions and stays on today - Flip your training progress between the whole block and this week's mileage - Scrub anywhere on a metric chart to read any day - More accurate sleep and readiness, so the coaching reflects how you actually recovered - Steadier handling when a workout gets eased, moved, or put back Tell us your race. We'll coach you to it.

  • 1.3

A warm new look across the whole app — plus a new icon. - Redesigned home, training, and workout screens - A cleaner readiness view with clearer workout breakdowns - Smoother loading and navigation - Easier week-to-week browsing of your plan - Chat improvements: the input now behaves properly with the keyboard, and the composer flows right out of the conversation - Dark mode polish, plus metric and imperial unit fixes Same coaching underneath. It still reads every run, explains the why behind each session, and moves the plan when your week does.

  • 1.4

Onboarding is faster and more guided — set your race, goal, and week in a few taps, and finishing your plan now ends on a high note. We also smoothed out the chat and plan screens so your training stays in sync, and your coach can answer questions about your subscription. Go run.

  • 1.5

The biggest Shed update yet. - Smarter setup: Shed reads your recent training from Apple Health and builds your starting picture. You confirm, it builds the plan. No interview. - Readiness, explained: tap the ring to see what's driving your score and the 7-day trend. - Weather where you plan: current conditions and the best window for today's run. - Pace targets that move with you: as your logged runs show fitter running, Shed proposes updated paces. - Clean up duplicates: delete a manually-logged activity right from the workout screen (or ask Shed). - Faster health syncing and dozens of fixes.

  • 1.6

A big one. • Goal tracker: an honest read on whether you're on track for your race — projected finish vs your goal, right on Home and the Fitness page. • Fitness, with a memory: a six-month fitness chart built from every steady run, corrected for heat so summer doesn't read as lost fitness. • Training tab redesign: land straight on this week, with today spotlighted. • Optional strength & mobility: running-specific sessions laid around your hard days, with animated 3D form guides you can rotate. Off by default — turn it on in Settings. • Splits that match your workout: interval sessions now break down as warm-up, reps, and recoveries — not arbitrary laps. • Weather on every run, and sharper readiness from overnight heart rate. Plus dark mode polish and dozens of fixes.

  • 1.7

A new look for Shed. A calmer board, sharper type, and cards that read like a training log. The training calendar now shows your whole block at a glance, every day sized by its miles, race days marked. Share any finished run as a card built for your camera roll. Faster sync: runs land within minutes of finishing, heart rate and splits included. A free logbook tier: your runs, history, and plan stay with you after a trial ends. Manage your subscription from Settings.

  • 1.9

    • A rebuilt setup. Pick your race, confirm what Shed found in your training, and get your plan. No back and forth. • Share a run. Any completed workout exports as a card: your segments, your paces, and the record if you set one. • Plan settings. Change your run days, your long-run day, or your weekly mileage, and Shed rebuilds the schedule around it. • Rep-by-rep grades. Interval sessions show how each rep compared to what was asked, and hot days are read accordingly. • New-best badges. Run a faster 800m than you have in months and the run gets credit for it. • Talk to your coach, literally. Voice input in the chat, and you can see what Shed is checking while it thinks. • Watch workouts, exact. 800m reps reach your watch as 800m, pace alerts show in your units, and Shed reads the intervals you actually ran straight off the watch. • Weather on every run, plus a block minimap so you always know where you are in the buildup.
