5/5Happy with Sharp Care
Yep, I’m happy with my Sharp Care Team and Sharp Services overall. I came from UCSD Healthcare System and after retiring from UCSD and becoming Medicare eligible, I chose Sharp Rees Stealy as my future medical care partner! I was afraid to make the move in the beginning ( fear of the unknown ) but I’m very glad I did make the move! I trust my Healthcare Team. Thank You, All.

3/5Not intuitive
Even after all this time, I log in and and cannot fine lab results, after visit summaries or other results for my visits. I click around a whole lot of places before getting where I need to go. Things could be labeled better and more intuitive. Scheduling appointments and messaging the care team is easy although not all specialty care members are available with these features.

4/5My visit
Hi I have been in the hospital for a few days and for the most part I feel that the nurses are very helpful and caring. I also have a good connection with my doctor’s here at the hospital.

2/5New version menu blocked on iPhone
In the latest, I can't access the main menu. It's blocked by a white bar. I can see it's there when I try to scroll up or down but it's blocked when I try to click on it.

2/5Font size
Beware if you’ve adjusted your font size for general phone use as the app will not display its screen correctly. It’s frustrating to have to reduce the font size every time I use the app. Edit. I got a message that this glitch has been fixed with the latest forced update but unfortunately nothing has changed. The menu at the bottom of the page is still pretty much cut off.
