5/5Great App With Room To Improve
Setgraph really is one of the best apps out there for tracking your work outs. ive been using it for a little over a year now and its been my mainstay the whole time. i would want to see a few tweaks made to it, from small stuff and some bigger stuff. one of the little things that could be improved upon is that when you search an exercise, it pops up with a bunch of suggestions for you to add, but if you’ve only typed in half the word it’ll kick you out. say you’ve typed three letters and you have “dum” while searching for “dumbbell bench”, well you’ll tap on the “dumbbell bench” option but the app will kick you out of the exercise and autocorrect to something else. albeit a very minor inconvenience, but it’s the small things that make the biggest differences. One of the big things that i would love to see is a total volume for each exercise in the “Set Details” tab. I know it’s available under each exercise, but i feel like it would also fit in the above mentioned tab. overall a wonderful app with no real issues to speak of and a (kinda) low price for what it offers. i would 100% recommend setgraph, especially as it outperforms many of its competitors. would love to see some changes here and there and maybe a price reduction, but definitely one of the best options on the market.

5/5THIS APP DOES THE JOB WELL
I only wish it incorporated a timer, both for recording sets and just in general. Some of my movements are done for time and I just use the reps as a measurement of seconds instead. I also wish the add a set button was bigger and not in the bottom right corner. Every single lift I inadvertently edit a previous set when Im panting for air and trying to operate the app single-handedly. Adding an exercise is easy enuff, but I would like it if it offered a blank one so I wouldnt have to rename each one I add. I also would like it if I had more control over the notifications. It's only a small ding. It would be nice if it gave me a second noise if I dont do anything on the app, the way my text messages (iphone) do to remind me to check them. Or at least a longer one, or multiple dings. Perhaps user defined dings would be ideal. These are small criticisms, and should in no way dissuade you from trying the app. It does a great job keeping track of ur lifts so you dont forget what weights or sets etc you left off at. The folder system is very handy once you figure it out, and it is intuitive. Just wanted to mention these in the hopes the developer sees it.

5/5Amazing App!! (But…)
I’ll start this off by saying I’m not sponsored by/affiliated with anyone within this company. Found this when looking up workout tracking apps. I have been a long-time fan of recording my workout data within the iOS notes app using tables. It was an archaic way of tracking but I didn’t have any other options. Now that I use Setgraph, I love that I can make workout groups, gathering each day’s exercises into a simple tab that I can select depending on the day. Searching for and adding exercises is easy enough, and the Custom workout feature is a nice touch. Now, in terms of what can be improved, I have one simple suggestion. Instead of logging an individual set at the end of the set in question, make it so that you log it at the beginning. My thought process is that you can set the number of reps and the weight, and then hit “Log”. A timer starts, which tracks how long you spend on that given set, which is another piece of data that I think would be great to track. Once you’re done with the set, hit “Finish”, and the app starts the “Rest” timer, only for the cycle to repeat at the end. Simple suggestion that would make the app even better than it already is. Maybe something to spruce up the UI could be nice too :) Otherwise I love the app and it is well deserving of its 5 star rating.

5/5One of my all time favorite apps
A huge THANK YOU to the developers for this incredible app! I’ve been using it every time I lift weights for the past 9 months and I now consider it an absolute necessity for my gym sessions. This is the best workout tracking app on the market and is absolutely worth every penny. I recommend this app to everyone who lifts weights. Tracking your lifts turns your sessions into somewhat of a game where you can try to beat who you were last time and it’s made the process of self-improvement much more fun and motivating. If I may make a suggestion, the addition of “folders” in the “my workouts” tab would be awesome! I change my routine every 3-5 months and it would be nice to archive my old splits into one folder if I ever want to cycle back to them in the future.

4/5Almost Perfect
I’m loving everything about this app. There are just 2 things that would make it 5 stars: 1) there need to be a little bit more introduction to how to use the app. The app is fairly simple to use, once you get the hang of it. There were a couple “tips” at the beginning, but I think they could do better with a short intro video or something. 2) I wish you could view a full days workout at once. Like in a calendar format. They have folders, and I guess you could make a folder for each day you workout, but that seems excessive. I like to see the total volume lifted and it’s a bit tedious to go to each individual exercise, find the day you want, hit the analytics tab & then hit the daily view. A daily calendar view, with all the exercises on that day, or the total volume for that day would be great. Overall, great app and does almost everything I want/need!
