I’m actually so upset. An entire years worth of money tracked just disappeared. The way in which my job pays me is incredibly weird and this app is what I relied on completely to know how much of my tips I should be receiving in my paychecks. I went to go into my account tonight after my shift and my account was completely logged out of. No matter, I’ll just log back in, there’s only three posible email options and maybe only 10 or so password options. I tried them all. I went to “forgot password” because maybe when I first logged in almost a year ago I messed something up in the spelling? Both possible emails told me there wasn’t an account connected to them. (besides my apple email, but I had accidentally created a NEW account when I clicked “log in with apple”) so my data was completely deleted. I don’t think there’s any way to fix this, and I know it’s really not that big of a deal, I’m just slightly annoyed and I needed to complain to somebody.

2/5years of tip history down the drain
I’ve had this app for years. Auto subscribed premium. It was great! I use this to log my tips not only for financial reasons but for scheduling on the following years. When I have to either choose to work as a profitable event or vacation with family. Or if I need to suggest we staff more due to a high volume event. I compare my years to budget for my slow months and when I purchased my work gear. Last year, I went to log in some tips I was manually writing down, and it was saying I did not have an account. To reiterate, I’ve had this premium on auto subscription for years. I reached out to customer service and they said in quote- “I want to be transparent — your account was mistakenly removed due to an issue in our inactive account cleanup process. It should not have affected active subscribers, and I’m sorry that it did. Unfortunately, we’re only able to restore data from the past 30 days, and your account was deleted before that window. I truly appreciate that you’ve been with us for five years. As a thank you for your loyalty, I’ve extended your premium access by 7 months beyond your current renewal date.” Now, im devastated, mad, but trying to be understanding and accept the loss, go with their make up decision. But now, not even 7 months they can’t hold their word and wanting a payment from me. I have cancelled this app. And I will not return. Super unfortunate.

5/5My go-to for work
Working in the industry for the last 4-5 years has taught me a lot, but in the end, you gotta get your money. This app is super easy to use and efficient, not only tracking your tips but also analyzing the history of said tips. You can easily go into the history by day, week, month and year vs. all the hours worked. Also, you can see graphs/timelines and figure when there were busier times at work. It does all the work for you and calculates how much you make per any period of time. I set up a notification to go off at a certain time everyday (or whenever you know you’re working) and pretty much enter tips in here at the end of the day. It actually helps me keep track of my money better. If gettin that paper matters to you, definitely use this!

5/5My new best friend
I don’t trust the accountant where I work, one week I’m earning 4.15 an hour, the next 4.50, now it’s 4.30!? 🤨 If the guy can’t keep my hourly rate straight, what’s he doing to my tips, then? So I began keeping all my cash out slips attached to my timesheet- but if I’m being honest about myself, I’m awful at keeping track of all that paper, not with 6 kids to look after, as well. I was going to start keeping a spreadsheet off all my info, but I couldn’t even figure out what all I wanted to keep track of exactly. So I did a bit of Googling, and I found this app, and I’m so glad I did!! 😅 It took me a second to figure out how to enter in my info, but once I read the FAQ, it was a breeze. I haven’t run into too many problems, except I haven’t received any notifications reminding me to enter my tips despite having turned everything on. One feature I would like to see added is the ability to enter in credit card tips, but not cash tips - as it is right now, I *have* to enter *both*, and at my job, cash tips aren’t printed on my server reports, so if I want to go back and enter all my old slips that I’ve saved, I can’t because I can’t remember how much I made in cash those days. Otherwise, this is an amazing app and it’s an invaluable tool for any server, delivery driver, vendor, etc.

5/5Amazing app for delivery drivers too!
My husband and I work full time doing pizza delivery! We have similar hours in the week but work different shifts to avoid paying for childcare. This app is amazing! It helps keep our hours tracked as well as the tips we take home at the end of the shift. I set us both up under “positions” with each of our names so that we can see who brings home what. Since we make different hourly pay, it’s great to see the difference in hourly average with tips and wage combined. I used the imported data feature to create a spreadsheet to show my boss that when I was relocated I was losing an estimated amount in tips based on the averages we were tracking between my husband and I! It landed me a hefty bonus and got to go back to the store closest to my home again! All thanks to the amazing data tracking this app helps us maintain. The nightly reminders to plug in our tips/hours helps us soo much to not forget. I’ve already recommended this app to several other drivers, and hope everyone starts using this soon. My husband and I are following Dave Ramsey’s financial peace program, and having an unpredictable flexible income every month can be difficult to budget accordingly. This app allows us to see the totals under the “history” tab to see what our monthly income total is. You can also compare month to month and even year to year if you track enough! I’m excited to see what we truly make in one full year. We never had anything like this to track last year, so we are excited! Thank you Jason for making this awesome app! I’ll never stop using it, and never stop recommending it to anyone who works for tips!
