"body": "Mistaking down loaded and paid for this app to setup my Ring Doorbell camera. App stated it works with Ring Doorbell’s, but it does not. Help support is useless. After requesting refund within in time limit, it was denied without giving a reason. Once I received the denial they stop any communications with you.",

"body": "Downloaded the app to use with a Ring doorbell camera because it was supposed to be compatible with my iPhone. I can find the camera when I scan but it will not download. Can’t manually download the camera either. Reached out to tech support via email and they suggested doing the same thing I’d been doing. Replied back and haven’t anything since. I purchased the lifetime subscription because $29 seemed like a deal so my last email I asked what I needed to do for a refund. Haven’t heard back.",

"body": "I never started the cameras so I can’t comment on their performance; however, I did download the app. Before I could discover the camera, I was confronted with a purchase option, which I did not want. I could not progress to finding the camera and initiating them without purchasing one of their absurd packages. I have the cameras repackaged and will return them tomorrow. Don’t waste your time unless you’re willing to buy their packages….which by the way are much more than professional grade security services!!",
