"title": "A MUST-HAVE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY",
"body": "This app is an absolute must download if you do care about your photos and privacy. I was pleasantly surprised to see that features that are included in this app or so on point and tailored to the wants and needs of someone who is looking for privacy. it had features that I didn’t even know that I wanted yet. But after seeing and using it, I have to say that I am impressed by the efforts of the developers when they sat down to brainstorm the concept behind the app and what features the user would want. I suggest just downloading it and seeing what I mean. But all around very impressed very happy and that’s a rare thing for me to say about an app nowadays. This review itself is proof of the validity of my statements. I never really leave reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to do so because how strongly I felt about the superior quality and workmanship that was put into this product. 10/5 stars! What you waiting for? Download it already and if I’m wrong, you can delete it and laugh at me for wasting my time writing this. BUT if I’m right, and you’re nothing but impressed and satisfied with the app, then I challenge you to make a review also and share your thoughts on this app. That’s the bet I’m issuing! Who’s game?",

"title": "Nice app but not great",
"body": "The app is great it lets you save a bunch of stuff, has a bunch of features like taking a picture of break in attempts, fake pin, fake albums, lets you personalize it as you wish, pretty sure it has a big storage. The only huge problem I have with it and that’s making me unsubscribe my premium subscription is that it takes extremely long to import big files like videos. And when I say extremely long i don’t mean an hour or 4. I mean days and weeks. I could try to import videos and they would never import. After weeks of trying. The app backs up automatically which is great but what’s the point of it if big files for some reason never get backed up. I’ve had this large videos in the app for months and they never finish being backed up. I’m not sure what the problem is but it’s really annoying. I purposely bought the premium subscription to be able to have a lot of storage and not have problems like this. But for sure it was a waste of money since it’s such a problem to import stuff and get them backed up. Other than that like I said the app has some great features just for sure don’t download it if you’re looking to save large videos",

"title": "Moving multiple files off the app is an absolute nightmare!",
"body": "It’s a nicely polished app with some real great overall functions. I have no issues adding images and videos to the folders in the app. It’s when I want to copy them from the app over to my computer that it’s a total pain due to some real basic features missing. If I want to copy a few photos over, I can use the “copy to camera roll” or just AirDrop them, no biggie. But I have thousands of files saved and I have to select one by one! Or I can “select all” which just makes the app crash 100% of the time I’ve tried transferring more than a couple hundred images. So I have to sit there for hours transferring files 100 at a time. Even then I have to restart my phone after every 2 or 3 batches or it just fails transferring after a few batches. This could be remedied by having the ability to simply plug your phone into the computer and copy/pasting them over via Finder. Plenty of other kinds of apps have this feature and it’s a such a breeze. If that can’t be added for some reason, at least let me swipe to select so I don’t have to sit there tapping each file one by one! As soon as I’m done getting all my files off the app, I’m deleting it and canceling my premium membership without a doubt. Would not recommend if you’re planning on having more than a few hundred files and/or hope to move some files out of the app at any point.",

"title": "Works great - When it works",
"body": "I don’t usually write reviews. But when my files have not backed up to the cloud in more than 2 years! (won’t share between platforms) there is something wrong. I can set my phone to lock never, leave the program open the entire night and it will still say 32 files uploading in the morning, or worse, the program will have crashed in the night and be back to my home screen. It also crashes a lot when trying to view a video, more often than not, and happens on two of my devices, so it’s not just a bad copy, it must be the program. You can’t blow up pics and zoom in like on apple photos, basic functionality like that is behind the times. I wrote to customer service, they wrote back, but when I asked if they would have access to the files in my account in order to help - no response. I bought the one time lifetime membership, so am now stuck. What crap - it now has filled my iPhone and I can’t erase the app without fear of losing all my content. Why doesn’t my iPad have my iPhone files and viva versa? The settings are set to backup to the cloud. What a load of crap. It’s time to tell the world how bad this is - I began writing this last year and just now noticed it was never submitted. I’m beside myself that I fell for this and blame the article that rated these apps a few years ago - do you research and learn which outfits actually work, do what they claim, and have real customer service.",

"title": "Made my whole phone glitch out anytime i opened the app.",
"body": "I downloaded this app because i have a lot of videos and no where to put them. i downloaded it at some point in december 2020 and from the start it was super glitchy. it would shut down randomly and it would cause every single app on my phone to shut down as well. some of my videos were fairly long and when i would try to upload it would take me a few tries. DO NOT GET THIS APP. i have snap and the last few days whenever i would open keep safe and then open snap, snap would give me the terms agreement from october of 2019. i’m not sure if everyone got it but no one i know has had that issue whcih leads me to believe it was because of keep safe. this app overall is very very glitchy and will cause your phone to move super slow. i didn’t want to deal with it anymore since it took up so much of my iphone storage so i went through to save all of my photos back to my camera roll. i had to restart my phone about five times, close the app about 20 times, and re-save videos about 2-4 times. every few photos it would say that they failed to save to camera roll which is why i would have to completely close everything and restart my device. i’ve read that other people have had issues with this app being glitchy as well. if you need some where to save your videos and photos please do not get this app.",
