Love how easy and affordable this app is! Hate dealing with my ex so having a second number makes it so much easier not having to worry about him constantly harassing me. I can easily block him till we have to communicate again and he doesn’t have my real number so I don’t have to keep changing my number! This is awesome

1/5Need customer service to contact me phone glitching all day for 3rd time
8/9 - it used to be good in the first couple of months but now several times software will go down.. currently it’s still down despit a phone update - I use this line for business and still cannot make outbound calls- plz fix asap 8:8/23- not working again calls won’t go out- I have business clients on hold - same old reason over and over - Please do asap. 2nd need for assistance - outbound calls keep getting dropped and no way to each customer service in the app itself There is currently no way to directly reach out for help - Im on unlimited plan and there are many days the number will not dial directly fly at all Please fix my line and I will amend my feedback 7/19- I’m having the same issue so often I need to start tracking the dates. Calls being dropped or not connecting. Pleas fix I have this line for business so clarity and functionality very important

1/5NOT FREE!!! Can’t do jack without in-app purchases!
Even though this app appears to be an app which has a “free” minimal feature option, don’t be fooled as you won’t be able to JACK without purchasing either a monthly plan (which is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE as there are MUCH better options for less than half of what this app charges) or you can purchase credits that will ensure you will blow more money this option than the other super-premium option with sub-premium features! Bottom line is don’t waste you time or money of this awful app OR if your just itching to be disappointed then go right on and give it a whirl but just don’t forget that I told you so when you end up super disappointed.

I often have to handle multiple projects and clients, and this app allows me to create different numbers for each. It keeps everything organized and professional. Love it!

1/5Horrible customer service
I had tried writing this app 3 times about problems I was having after I purchased my premium membership. I never heard back and they never resolved it. Out of nowhere I stopped being able to get calls on the number they provided me. In fact, my phone call was disconnected right in the middle of a conversation I was having and wasn’t able to get calls afterwards. I want my money back, but with how terrible the customer service is I know I won’t get it. DON’T BUY THIS APP!
