1. 2/5Needs a lot of work.

   This app is very frustrating for several reasons. As others have said, the app will schedule an interview and not let the company know. I know this as I have gone to several interviews this way and been on the other side where people show up for an interview and no one is aware that an interview was scheduled. The area search function is crazy. Continually shows regional jobs a far distance away over closer jobs. There is no way to set a radius for your location to tighten up the results. Finally, the search feature is so basic. It continually resets after each time you look at a posting. It has enough to look and feel legit, but the lack of depth for GUI/users interface is makes it unreliable. It feels like the jobs aren’t all real either. Job descriptions are very generic. Overall I feel like this was a good concept that is missing updates and support. Possibly it was barely developed to use as a carrot for investors. There are other options that are better.

2. 1/5Employer Will Not Be Aware Of Your Interview

   Just a heads up — I do not think this app is reliable. I applied for a job through their company website, upon completion of my application I was instructed to download this app to “pre-select” an interview time. This was on Saturday, July 19. A couple hours later, I received a text saying my interview was confirmed. I opened this app today (Monday, July 21) to double-check something and saw quite a few posts of people’s experiences of having managers be unaware of their interviews. Because of this, I called the location I was scheduled to go to and the manager said she is very glad I called as they wouldn’t have received the information about my interview because of this app, and that it has happened to several other applicants in the past. If you have used this app to schedule interviews, CALL THE STORE YOU APPLIED TO IN ORDER TO CONFIRM. It seems as though a lot of folks are wasting valuable gas and time to commute to interviews the store isn’t prepared for, to no fault of their own.

   It shows so many job opportunities. Don’t know for all the hiring companies but I applied to this food industry and I got to hear back within 4 hours..I picked the time and that got approved. Next day, I went in for interview..The interviewer didn’t even know they have someone coming in for interview so basically they basically didn’t expect anyone that day to come for interview. The interviewer told me that the application, he had it printed and said not valid. He said we wouldn’t even know if you wouldn’t have showed up. I took the interview and the interviewer told me he would call me later that day. Never got called back so I choose to call that location. They said we can’t give you job according to your availability. We already have so many people working at this location but in future if you’d want to consider working here. To my understanding, this app scams you like “hey you got the job interview.”

4. 1/5DO NOT USE FAKE INTERVIEWS

   Just like a lot of other reviews have said, I “scheduled” an interview because the company asked to use seasoned, just to show up and they had no idea why I was there and the hiring manager wasn’t even there. Another place I scheduled an interview I canceled because I was skeptical after the other interview that it wasn’t real. Then I got an email saying thank you for your time in interviewing with us but we’re going to go with other people but I didn’t even interview with them, so clearly this is automated and fake. You don’t even seem to tell the companies of the “interviews”. They were extremely confused why I was there. People are really struggling and desperate and you’re wasting their time and money with fake interviews. You should honestly be ashamed of yourselves for using people like this.

5. 1/5Fake opportunities/interviews

   First of all, it had me schedule an interview myself with the day and time, meanwhile there was no human manual message to me from a real hiring manager during the job hiring/interview process through this app. I got several automated messages and texts acting like this interview was set in stone. How are you going to say I have an interview scheduled and ask “Are you going” and say“Be on a lookout for a text to confirm so the hiring manager can prepare for your interview” if the actual managers never saw the application or interview time? Literally called the actual place where they confirmed they don’t use this website/app for hiring they use another one, SO WHY IS THERE A LISTING THROUGH THIS SEASONED WEBSITE/APP?? It wastes people’s time and money and isn’t worth it
