1. 5/5Great app for Field RN

   I constantly have to obtain 30 pages of consents from family and I do not want to travel to the office to drop things off. With this app I’m able to make professional copies for our team and edit the email with the attachment. *the app does shut down if I take too much picture with one file... it breaks down on me several times. But it’s better than sending pictures one by one with so many attachments in an email. It’s life saver. Hopefully they will develop the app better

2. 2/5Oh how I love this app, but as a BROKE college student-NO

   I love this scanner. I mean it was a life saver. Literally, but also to me, it’s a total rip off... okay so here’s the thing: only the first scan is free and the limit on the first scan to be free, would be to scan three pages. That’s kind of ridiculous, plus there are a lot of restrictions as to where you can send your first three scanned pdf “free” pages. So in my experience, I had to send a 10 page PDF, and decided wow I love this app alot so I'm just going to buy it! Heres the catch though -_- the full app purchase is a monthly subscription!! Not an actually app purchase and its practically $4 every month. Meh, to me thats not worth it. I’m a college student so I’m pretty broke. So having an app subscription for scanning docs isn't really worth it in my situation. So, I’ll keep the app for the month but I'm definitely deleting it and ending my subscription by the end of this month, it’s a bummer. I honestly really loved the quality and ease of this app. But it’s wayy too much $$ for a broke college student to lose from their bank account every month. And when you think about it thats nearly $40 a year to spend for a phone scanner— just no, not worth it. However, I would come back to the app if it is a last resort and I'm not pressed for time. Then I’ll just have to throw away $4 again.

3. 1/5Scam - Overpriced & Broken

   TL;DR: Dropbox let’s you scan documents for free. Use that instead, not this buggy scam of an app. All I wanted to do is download my file as a PDF. But almost every export option is broken. 1. I couldn’t send in an email. 2. I couldn’t save to iCloud because it says I’m not signed in even though I am. 3. I can’t save to google drive because google says this app isn’t trusted. 4. I couldn’t export to Dropbox, because it just didn’t work. 5. Saving to camera roll just didn’t work 6. Sending in iMessage does work but it sends as images. Which means I need to then convert those 9 images into a pdf which I couldn’t figure out how to do on my phone. Finally, I was able to export to Everstore. And then export from Everstore to Google Drive. And then from there message it to myself. To reiterate, I had to download and create accounts for TWO additional apps (Dropbox and Everstore) while trying to figure out how to get access to my pdf I had already spent half an hour scanning. And on top of all that, they tried to charge me $10 a MONTH after the 3 day trial. If that weren’t enough of a scam, when cancelling my subscription, I saw there’s also a $4 a month option with seemingly the same functionality. Even if this app wasn’t broken, it would NOT be worth $4 a month. Especially since after downloading Dropbox, I found out they offer essentially the same service for free. I have never left a review before, but this app made a 10 minute task into a frustrating two hour experience. If I can save a single person from this nightmare hellscape, this review will have been worth it.

4. 2/5Debugging is important

   In general, this application is not bad, it can be very useful when not buggy. Unfortunately, in my experience it was buggy all the time. Each time I needed to change the boundaries of the file, or (every other time) load the file, the application closed and did not respond. The idea itself is very cool and I was glad to find such an application, and I honestly paid for two to three months (at least) ... closing my eyes on the program crashes, I learned to use it with great care, but when the finished file had to be sent by email or to be saved to the cloud (google drive), the program promisingly reported that everything was done, but in reality no files were found anywhere. Big S- sadness.

5. 1/5Can’t end service, company website invalid

   Happy to give higher stars because the scanner itself was useful. We had only signed up for a week. I’ve been trying to stop the service and stop the payment and have contacted Apple support to get help. This company does not have a valid website on the App Store, when you click app support, it goes to a dead page, and searching the company results in another dead page. This company continues to try to withdraw money from my Apple account and I have to keep blocking them manually because they won’t stop the service nor stop the unauthorized charges. If the developer can reach me, I’d be happy to change my review because the product was adequate, but this is not OK.
