"body": "Cannot use he app to schedule a paratransit ride. The routing is heavily biased to the limited fixed route bus system. The pickup/drop off maybe more than a mile away, even if your profile is marked wheelchair. Rides on the the on demand service are not guaranteed, even during posted hours of operation.",
