1. 5/5Fantastic Functionality and Support

   I love Salesmate! I like it so much that I have an account for my banking job and my business. Many CRMs are too complicated to fine tune and adjust without a developer. Salesmate makes it easy enough for you to get by on your own. It’s beautifully simple without skimping out on any of the essentials. The app really is wonderful. I actually found Salesmate when Googling for a Close CRM alternative. If you’re familiar with Close CRM Salesmate is similar, except it actually has an app and support is WAY better. Seriously, I can message them at midnight through the app and they will work with me to resolve challenges within 5 minutes. They have teams in India and the US so support it 24/7. Pricing is also very fair. There are minor things that I wish could be added or improved, but they’re not nearly bad enough to take a star away. The staff actually will relay your suggestions to their management circles and take your feedback seriously. They ask a lot of questions to help better present your ideas. So in summary— Salesmate is awesome!

2. 5/5Salesmate gets the A grade!

   If you are a rep looking to track you’re activity and measure daily goals while manage your pipeline with granular detail, than Salesmate is the tool. No other CRM has integrated omnichannel on mobile like Salesmate. It’s an open platform so you can automate via Zapier, webhooks, or API. Further if you need reporting, automated follow-up and the best G-Suite/Gmail integration, than Salesmate is for you. Let’s face it, regardless of the times we are in now with COVID 19, you have to be mobile to be a top performing rep. You have to plan your day and you need feature rich capabilities at your finger tips. That’s Salesmate. I have tested over 30 CRM apps and been in Enterprise sales for 20 years and this is hands down the best CRM platform out there. You have to try it for a few months in action to see the difference. Regardless if you have to use Salesforce for forecasting, this is the tool for daily use. You will be happy with Salesmate. Happy hunting.

3. 4/5Good but beware

   Salesmate is great. However, a couple months ago Version 3.0 was rolled out. As far as I can tell, it does not appear there was any testing of the update before release to their clients. The result was something that was nearly unusable. Numerous bugs and crashes and the disappearance of some useful and important functions. As of this writing, the app is back to what it was before the update. However, for all the stress that was caused (and likely loss of revenue for our business), the app is no better than it was before the Version 3.0 release. The technical support team is good. However, depending on who you’re talking to on the other end of the conversion, expect them to assume straight away that the problem is user error. They will not believe it is their problem until you can provide them with a screen recording of an error occurring, which can be very difficult to capture. It does not matter how good of a description of the problem you give them, they have to have that recording. Not being believed straightaway when raising an issue is very off putting. At the end of the day, our company has so heavily integrated APIs between Salesmate and our materials management platform that we can’t walk away. (On the plus side we had very few problems with our APIs after Version 3.0 was released). If not for this integration we would have left. So, it’s a good CRM but hopefully they will wait a long time and do a lot of sandboxing before they release Version 4.0.

4. 5/5Confusing

   I’ve recently started a new job and this is the app the company uses. Looks great! Unfortunately, it tends to not be very linear in its layout. It makes little sense to have the physical address, phone numbers, email in separate pages. It should all be in one page making it easy to find. When you click on the contact it should all be there but it’s not. You have to click on the activity or the contact again and you find yourself bouncing back and forth just to get the info. Then, when it comes to the Deal it seems to disappear when you attempt to update it. My guess is because so much time is spent bouncing around that the app need to be logged out and logged back in to reset it so the Deal is not only visible but accessible.

5. 5/5Would LOVE to see a DARK MODE 🌙

   I would love to see a dark mode for desktop and mobile! That and a “list” view for deals instead of the pipeline on mobile. I’ve got a long pipeline and it would help to see them in a list just like desktop. Other than that I love Salesmate. I’ve been looking for a CRM that fits all of my needs and Salesmate is the one! I evaluated others like Keap, Dubsado, and Hubspot for my business, but none of the compared like Salesmate. I love the customization Salesmate allows. I have a very unique business model and it was easy to apply to Salesmate. It’s great to see all my deals in one place now. As my business is growing I’ll have Salesmate to keep me more organized. Very excited to continue to use their services with my business! Cheers

   SLOWEST APP IN THE 21ST CENTURY. DON'T EVEN COUNT THE ONE STAR. Good customer service though, they got back to me very quick about this comment.
