Hello friends! The first big bug hunt was a complete success! Here’s a rundown of what we’ve improved. The Little Guys: • Addressed an issue that prevented checkboxes from displaying properly for some to-do’s • Addressed an issue that caused jumpy scrolling in the Calendar tab • Addressed an issue that caused the selected day to be cut off in the Calendar tab • Addressed an issue that allowed scheduling notifications for events/to-do’s that have passed • Addressed an issue that caused some text in calendar events to display incorrectly The Big Ones: • Addressed an issue that prevented calendar events from deleting • Addressed an issue that prevented edited notes in calendar events from saving • Addressed an issue that prevented events in the calendar tab from repopulating after new calendars are selected The Behemoth: • Addressed an issue that produced inaccurate class times in the schedule builder We’ve also introduced a few small design tweaks. SAIL 2021.1 ** New Features ** REPEATER With the repeating tool, you can now schedule assignments, to-dos, or class events to repeat every day, week, and more! CALENDAR EVENTS You can now create and edit calendar events. Long press on the add button to get access to the event builder! GO TO DATE Hold down on the day view at the top of the planner and calendar tabs to travel to a specific date. Give it a try! NEW NOTIFICATIONS You can now complete to-dos and assignments straight from a notification! Bugs Fixes & Tweaks: - Refined animations across the app - Refined iconography across the app - Refined coloring across the app - Refined Taptic feedback across the app - Month labels in date pickers are now interactive - Swipe down to dismiss the item builder - Tapping on tabs that you are already in will now bring you to the current day - The day of the week is now more clear in the calendar tab and date pickers - The term picker for classes has been rebuilt to address a number of stability issues - You can no longer create reminders for times in the past - Resolved an issue that prevented the item builder from adopting the currently selected day - Resolved an issue that prevented newly scheduled classes from appearing immediately - Resolved an issue that prevented the sail scene from animating when the app comes back from sleep - Resolved an issue that caused the current day to clip while animating in the calendar tab - Resolved an issue that prevented color indicators from updating in the planner and calendar tabs - Resolved an issue that caused layout problems in calendar items - Resolved an issue that caused a blip in scrolling on the calendar tab - Resolved issues with the time picker for class events in the item builder - Resolved an issue that allowed identical reminders to be scheduled We're always looking to improve.
