I love to discover and stay at new hotels around the world. Usually I text friends I trust hoping they’ve been where I happen to be going. Safara is like having a friend you trust who’s been everywhere — they have over 500k hotels, curate the best ones in every city so you can choose a new place without worry, and they even have exclusive travel guides to ensure you know what to do when you arrive. If that’s not enough they also give you 10% back in credit on every stay that you can use immediately towards your next hotel. Literally no reason to ever book a hotel anywhere else!

I was already a fan of this app because the 10% back is such an awesome perk. Safara really went above and beyond when for a recent booking I made a mistake on dates and missed my cancellation window. They helped me ASAP, understood the problem and advocated for me with the hotel and got my reservation moved to the right dates without an additional cost. This level of customer service has made me a loyal customer moving forward. Can’t think of another travel company who has supported in such a meaningful way.

5/5A new way to plan travel
Traveling is my greatest passion and Safara creates a one stop shop for trip planning. The platform is easy to navigate. You can price compare hotels while searching. Alongside all the hotel information, the app includes recommendations from tapped in locals about best neighborhoods to explore, restaurants and nightlife to check out, and unique shopping. Safara feels like talking to a best friend about “what to do” when you’re in that city. Each stay earns you Safara credits towards your next trip which is perfect for all my fellow travel addicts!

5/5Easy and chic way to book hotels
My favorite part about this app is that you can type in any city and filter for hotels that are recommended by the app! This helps weed out all the lower star hotels/ bad reviews which helps me when I’m booking last minute travel to a new city. You even get 10% back on all bookings and you can track it all in the app so you are up to date on how much you can spend on your next trip. I’d recommend this app to anyone who travels and is looking for a better way to book hotels!

5/5Amazing service from a travel app
I have used Safara for bookings a few times in addition to using other apps like booking or hotel brands direct. Using Safara provides such an elevated experience with unexpected human touch and perks. I’ll provide some specific examples: 1. After a recent booking in Paris, I noticed the hotel charged my card for the stay even though I had prepaid using the Safara app. I didn’t really have time or patience to reach out to the hotel so I went to Safara first. Their concierge team reached out to the hotel only behalf and I was refunded the charge from the hotel 2 days later! 2. Before a recent trip, the team at Safara sent me a text containing a $10 credit to Uber for my trip to the airport, how cool is that?! This app provides a great experience and I highly recommend for all types of travel but it is especially good for higher end bookings.
