Once I have changed the payment method, as one of my plastic cards had been expired. I thought the automatic payment would proceed without a problem. Today I opened app and found all my books, along with my notes (which really was so important for me) was disappeared, because the system couldn't charge the new card. That's not the first time, I think the app team has to think more over this issue. This is really disturbing!

The app is beautiful and user-friendly, very comfortable reading. High Quality Audio Books are also a big plus!

One issue I noticed on Mac is that it’s not possible to select a specific word or piece of text without automatically selecting the entire preceding paragraph.

I don’t understand what it says cause it is in a different language so I can’t look up the author I want to listen to and it is so frustrating.
