2/5Has Potential, but also weird bugs
Mostly, I’m confused as to why it pulls ALL workouts as a run - even sauna sessions. I see the potential here, but kinda shocked something as simple as pulling only running workouts isn’t working. Lots of work to do here. Update: I guess my feedback wasn’t clear, as the developer’s response was kind but explained something I already know. I’m not confused as to why all workouts would be helpful for load, impact, etc. what confuses me is that the analysis on each workout - regardless of type - is still done through the lens of a run. The AI apparently cannot distinguish a run, from a sauna session, from a cycling session. I still fail to see how that would be helpful as currently structured, as it’s not providing useful/actionable feedback to the athlete.

-
2.21
- Planned workouts are now detected and labeled across list, detail, and coach feedback. - Trainer chat adds a short “Run Workout” user message with distance, duration, and date for each run. - Coach prompts consider plan adherence so feedback matches the scheduled session. - The “Get Workouts from Healthkit …” banner clears correctly when no new runs are found.

- New in 3.0: Coach Mode. Your AI coach understands your training context better and responds dynamically to your data, current condition, and training plan.

3.2
- New in 3.2: Daily coach planning is more reliable. The AI coach now handles structured plan references and shared workout support more consistently. - Fixed: High Aerobic now appears in orange in the load bars. - Fixed: The Coach now uses a running icon instead of a cycling icon, and incorrect German umlauts in localized UI copy were corrected. - Fixed: Gym and strength training sessions are no longer mislabeled as base runs.
-
3.3
- The AI Coach now plans multi-day training weeks more reliably: it assigns workouts to specific days, respects your training frequency better, and asks clearer follow-up questions when one choice is still needed before saving. - Coach-generated workouts are saved more robustly. Intervals and strides are validated, unclear structures are repaired or rejected, and newly created sessions are less likely to get lost while being scheduled. - Workout details are cleaner: empty description or reason sections are hidden, and goal or pacer workouts show a more useful summary. - Coach chat scrolling is more stable. When you are reading older messages, the chat no longer jumps down unexpectedly; new replies can be opened with "New messages" or "Jump to latest". - The daily morning coach message is kept separate from regular chats and now includes training-science context more reliably when it supports the recommendation. - Coach recommendations now handle mixed training stimuli such as running, strength work, and gym sessions more consistently.
-
3.3.1
The paywall is once again limited to AI feature usage.
-
3.3.2
Improves app startup and returning from the background: workouts are no longer fully reloaded unnecessarily, new HealthKit workouts are detected more reliably through incremental sync, and coach notifications now arrive for every evaluated workout type. The coach also shows clearer guidance when a request tries to inspect too much training context at once.
-
3.3.3
Fix: The app now applies the selected language more consistently across the main tabs, workout details, plan screens, and WorkoutKit messages. Spanish and all other supported languages also received coverage for the newly localized labels.
-
3.3.4
Fix: Subscribers no longer inherit the daily AI budget block after upgrading. The Fitness view now includes clear explanations for ATL, CTL and TSB so training load and readiness are easier to understand.
-
3.3.5
