"body": "I receive an alert stating that the user has denied access to the microphone. However, the microphone privacy setting within the iPhone settings does not show a request for access. There is no way to allow microphone access if the app no longer request access. The app performed phenomenally up until this issue appeared. Is there anyway to resolve this?",

"body": "I just recently reinstalled this, as it was the best RTA app for my iPad mini. Now I, a paying customer, am getting an error message saying “user has explicitly denied microphone access” or something along those lines. Please let us know how to fix it? Thank you",

"body": "IPHONE 8PLUS, IOS 12SERIES... After downloading & opening the app it first asks for permission to send notifications, then immediately a second popup window says the user has explicitly denied permission to access the mic (No I haven’t). Any other apps on the iphone can access the mic with no issues. No solutions to this problem can be found ANYWHERE under the Iphone ‘Settings’.",
