1. 5/5Changed my life the first day!!

   I cannot say enough good things about this app!! I cannot believe this is all I’ve needed my entire life!! I normally live In a constant time warp! I would wake up at 8:30am sit down to drink my tea and then while still drinking tea I’d look at the clock and it’d be 3:00!! Normally I would spend my day planning my day but not end up with any time left to actually do anything I planned lol! I was always running late and never felt like I had enough time for anything! I didn’t even realized how distracted I was! I’d go to start laundry but then notice the bathroom needs to be cleaned so I’d start that and then notice the floors need to be swept so I’d jump to that and I’d try doing a million things at once stressing about time for all the other things and now I can just focus on one thing at a time because I know that everything is in my routine so I’ll get to those things at their time and don’t need to worry! I feel so at peace and so at ease now! I even schedule in stretching and meditation which I always tricked myself into thinking I didn’t have time for! At the end of my day i feel so energized and accomplished and I’m shocked that it’s so easy to keep up on all the chores and to prioritize self care at the same time! I never have laundry or dishes sitting for days… and I get everything done so fast and then I have so much free time and can actually enjoy it! I usually just felt super busy all day but would somehow not get anything done! I’m so thrilled that it’s only $2/ month to feel like I normal human! 😂

2. 1/5Strange, Depressing App

   Routinery is an app for people who lack the self control to use a standard time-blocking app. As someone with intense ADHD, I thought the structure this app provides would be helpful. Instead, after using Routinery, I found myself more bound to the unnatural rigidness of tech than I ever thought I’d be. Meaning, the structure this app encourages is at odds with human lifestyles. Beyond including a pause button, it doesn’t offer the ability to handle variance in your life. It insists on a structure that you feel bound to, as if an overbearing boss strapped a tracking device to your hand and asked that you manage your time according to the needs of the business. Sure, you are in control of your needs with this app, you designate how you spend your time. Though, I could see a negative psychological response for many who use this app as for those of us with severe focus issues, straying from the structure of time this app demands could become stressful and therefore discouraging. It did for me. I highly recommend a standard time-blocking method and encouraging yourself to stick to the structure through reminders and in others ways that are unique to your needs. Also, the Dwayne Johnson and Kim Kardashian routine examples are cringey and odd to incorporate into an app. The experience for me has been a bit depressing. It allowed for technology to become far too heavy of a hand in my routine and I’m happy I no longer use it.

3. 5/5This App Totally Changed My Day

   I’ve been using this app for about a month now, and it’s honestly amazing. I’ve tried so many apps, but this one actually works. It’s super easy to use, and the structure is just right—not too strict, but not too loose either. I love how you can pause or adjust routines if something unexpected comes up. It keeps me on track without making me feel stressed. Before this, my mornings were a mess. Now I’ve got a simple routine that helps me start my day feeling productive. It’s wild how much better the rest of the day goes when you start off right. Even if I mess up or miss a step, it’s so easy to get back on track with this app. I was worried it might feel too strict, but it doesn’t at all. It’s more like having a personal coach that helps you figure out what works for you. I’ve already customized my routines to fit my lifestyle, and it’s been a huge help. If you’re new to routines, start small! Just set up one simple routine and see how it feels. That’s what I did, and now I can’t imagine my day without it. Honestly, it’s one of the best apps I’ve ever used for staying organized and building better habits. Highly recommend if you’re looking to manage your time better or just feel more in control of your day. Totally worth it!

4. 5/5Completely worth it. Amazing app for ADHD brains

   This app is one of the most useful tools I've ever used to combat procrastination and other ADHD related difficulties. I love how flexible it is to be able to adapt to what I specifically need. I especially love that I can skip a part of my routine and it still marks the entire routine as completed (you can see in the details what you skipped). This is a big deal for me because it removes the feeling of missing something and the guilt that could entail. People often say "just start" but it feels like every part of a bigger task needs that decision to start. With this app, I just need to decide to start the routine, the rest is decided. It's gotten me to be more consistent with my workouts (I just added 15 minutes of yoga to the end of my morning routine) and with my studies. But I use it for anything I do regularly that involves more than two sequential actions. The big thing is, YOU need to decide start. The app can remind you, but only you have the power to take that action. But once you've done that, the app (and your past self who created the routine) removes the decision fatigue from the rest of that routine. I seriously and wholeheartedly recommend this app!

5. 5/5Mental Clarity

   I am the mother of a child with severe disabilities. We have a lot of routine care tasks to track. Routinery has really helped me with mental clarity, and I feel much better since I started using it. i can’t say enough how helpful this app has been for me. I do have a wishlist. All of my routines are manual because I don’t start them at the same time each day. I wish there were a way to hide my usual evening tasks (like a bedtime routine) until later in the day because my entire list of daily routines has become too cluttered. I also wish there were seasonal, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual routine options. I also wish there were a way to make certain tasks show up only on certain days. For example, I water my houseplants on each Sunday, but I fertilize them once a month. It would be nice to be able to have it all as part of the same Sunday plant care routine with the fertilizer showing up only once per month. I know I could duplicate the routine and set them for different Sundays, but any future changes to the routine would require the change to be made to each of those routines. I hope this makes sense. UPDATE: I love this app, but I have so many routines that I am having difficulty finding and organizing them when I filter by activated routines. I wish there were some way to categorize the routines by day, frequency, and topic (like fitness, household, plants, etc. ) so I could pull them up to make any changes.

   It's a good app, but it could use some improvement. The timer doesn't start automatically, and the schedule announcer timing is also wrong most of the time.
