5/5Malware Concern
The RW team put in a lot of effort to resolve my malware concern and I am satisfied with their final resolution. I use this app 4 or 5 days a week and would be lost without it. Tried a number of others over the years just to see what else is available and have never found a reason to switch. 5 star for the app and customer service. As of this writing I have not heard anything else about my concerns linked to malware warning when using this app. I have provided developers with info I have and have not heard anything new as of this writing. 1-star is thus my new rating as such. App works fine best I can tell but the malware warning is a deep concern. My security software keeps advising it has blocked but…….. Troubling. Edit RW Team has reached out to me and I have sent them info to hopefully resolve this issue. I am still using app and will give 3 stars now and 5 when we know all is back to normal. I recently updated my security protocols on my network and now whenever I use this fabulous app I get a malware warning. The threat is being blocked but why am I getting a malware warning? This morning I received my 52nd warning. I am not sure what the issue is but I am calling on the developer to address immediately. This is a 5 star app but it could quickly become a deleted app if we can not determine the potential threat. I would rate 1 star but I would like to give the developers a chance to address.

5/5Should be mandatory for all sales reps
I have to say, that this app paid for itself before my first coffee break on my first day of using this app… And I am not exaggerating. What is $10 per month???, when you consider the mileage it saves you, and the increase in productivity and Face time with customers and/or prospects… I have just finished my first week of using this app and I can honestly say that I saw at least 10 more customers this week in the same amount of time because this app helped me squeeze every hour of productivity out of my week. I should’ve had this app a year ago… Just don’t tell my boss!!!! I noticed comments about the price going up to $10, and I understand as a consumer myself frustration of increased prices of goods and services… But in my own humble opinion I must say that roadwarrior is an incredible value at $10 per month… Perhaps they should illustrate the value of their app, using some mileage saved or customers seen figures...etc. they could surely put together a compelling value position. I thank you, my car and engine and transmission thank you, my wallet thanks you and my boss will be thanking you soon after seeing the increase productivity!

3/5Fixed something that was broken
Road warrior always had 5 stars from me but after this update I don’t know what ya were thinking with this redesign it’s not convenient and harder for someone who doesn’t understand technology to jump into .. Ex - when you have multiple stops it no longer spits them into a list where you can check them off or move to another route if you’re not paying attention you can miss a delivery because you now have to be on top of the separate stop s and zoom into the map .. also to see the names of directions of streets also have to zoom all the way into the map .. if I want to reorganize my stops and keep the way road warrior optimized the route I now have to calculate the route when before I can just love them around at MY convenience , stop bubbles are so big but the driver icon hardly can find it I do like map integration on the app something’s look a little cleaner but you guys went for a modern interface instead of thinking what would be most continent for the driver you guys were always 10/10 to me but with this update I would have to give it a 6/10 because optimization still works numbers on houses are clear and etc but it is now kind of annoying to use why is the map so minimal why remove key features that users that’s been on the app for 5 years + have gotten used to MOST importantly why not roll out and classic and modern version and not force us to use this if we don’t like it I also never leave a review

5/5Suggested App Feature Enhancements
1. Route Management Options • Instead of duplicating the same route multiple times (e.g., 34 repeats), add options to create/edit routes: • New Route • New Day • New Delivery • This way, users can highlight or refresh an existing route for repeat visits (e.g., 2–3 times per week) instead of adding duplicate routes. • Prevents clutter and makes tracking more efficient. 2. Route Preview Bubble • Before navigating, show a small preview bubble with notes or important details about that specific address. • This gives drivers quick context before committing to the route. 3. Address Display Above Stops • When stops are displayed with numbers, also show a secondary bubble with the address above each number. • Eliminates the need to tap each number to view details. • Makes rearranging stops faster and helps plan deliveries based on opening hours or drop-off windows. 4. Time Window Integration • Allow editing of each stop with opening and closing windows. • App should calculate optimized routes based on this data, ensuring drivers only arrive when locations are open. 5. Faster Address Input • Add a feature where users can take a picture of an address label on a package. • App extracts and verifies the address automatically for faster, more accurate input.

2/5Needs an update…BAD
Road Warrior is an ok app for routing all of your stops. It optimizes your route by either “the fastest” or “the closest” routes to help you save time. It is a major struggle, however, using this app most of the time. I’m basically paying them every month for the app to use a third party gps system (maps) to route my stops..and the accuracy of the stops are almost ALWAYS off base. Sometimes it will say “arrived” in the middle of the highway and then i have to find my way the rest of the route to find the actual location. Sometimes it will stop me three minutes away from the address. Another MAJOR major MAJOR issue with this gps routing is you have to pretty much always be looking at it to make sure you are headed in the right direction or getting off on the correct exit. It will tell you 10 (TEN) miles out make a turn or get off on a particular exit. When you finally come up on the exit or the turn…it will only kick in and remind you to make the turn as you’re passing it, leaving you to make a decision to either quickly pump your breaks and make the turn, or decide for safety purposes to make note of where the turn is, pass it, and make a u turn somewhere. One other issue i dislike is when i’m arriving at a location…(remember i mentioned before you have to always be looking at the map)..when i’m arriving someplace, the address will completely disappear after it has announced “arrived”..so if you were paying attention to the road and not glued to the phone..and you don’t remember the number of the house or building..you will miss it. And have to reopen your route to see where you are supposed to be. PROS: get to enter in multiple address and optimize route CONS: safety issues

New settings to control app behavior after check-in: - "Move Map to Next Stop on Check-In” - after you check in at one stop, the map will automatically move to the next one - "Pop Next Stop on Check-In" - after you check in at one stop, the map will automatically move to the next stop and open the stop actions dialog If neither of these settings are enabled, the map will remain in the same position after you check in to a stop.
