"body": "I’ve never used any kind of app like this for paying rent. I’ve lived in KRG properties for a few years and I LOVE IT! I love that I can pay my rent anytime and it’s a “credit”, which insures bad spenders like myself that, that portion of rent is paid! I can see my lease anytime and the maintenance is super easy and quick. I would say if you’re having problems with the app, you may want to look at who you’re renting from, the app works fine!",

"body": "I love the home itself. It’s very up-to-date in new appliances and it gives you great amenities inside. My only concern and complaint I would say it’s hard to reach the office and that sometimes e-Mails. Also, the new people coming in are not the most respectful of your area and when others argue, to hear it. Or, are playing their music and cars both loud. Not the best feel of community. I had a great neighbor leave because of this. Complaints could be respected more. Your home should be your peace.",

"body": "I’m not going to lie. This isn’t the best app out there, but it’s a pretty dam good one. I have issues sometimes logging in but once I do I have no issues. It’s nice to be able to see what my rent will be for the month since it changes month to month. It’s really nice to be able to pay my rent thru the app as well. The process of paying rent is made very simple by paying thru the App.",

For the folks complaining about the exorbitant fees associated with using credit/debit cards, the software developer doesn't set that, your rental management company does. I noticed many low ratings due to this issue and it's quite unfair to the software developer.",
