1. 5/5If only all customer service followed their example!!

   This is kind of a weird review as it isn’t about the app itself (which is a great app btw) this is related to the customer service I received from RiseGuide. I don’t know how I signed up for this particular app but I did. I was charged for a subscription today which I did not mean to do. I emailed their customer service requesting a refund and to cancel the subscription. Not only did they get back to me super quick they also refunded me the full amount (even though it was clearly a mistake I had made on my end that got me here) they also explained how I probably did it and assured me that I was indeed cancelled. Such a relief. I lose so much money because I do the trial for apps and completely forgot to cancel even though I set a reminder in my calendar. I wise everyone was as forgiving and helpful as RiseGuide. They are definitely setting the bar high.

2. 2/5AI everywhere

   Well, since they’re asking me to rate after only two lessons, let me do so. First lesson lists 5 ways to make money on social media. Keep in mind this was marketed to business owners and not just social media influencers. One of the things on the list was to use AI to make content, which, as a tattoo artist, I find almost offensive, but in general just unethical as blanket advice. Nothing was explained in detail (though they promise to get to that later). First video I watched in the first lesson I could have sworn the girl speaking was AI generated. If they hadn’t also shown her sitting down later in the video I would have bet money on it. Second lesson was focused on Niche. No new information for me, but at the end it asks you to write a position statement defining your niche. After you type it in their AI coach is more like a cheerleader. I didn’t what I wrote in was strong seeing as how I feel this is an area where I need more assistance it just regurgitated what I said claiming it was great! Would be nice if I could submit it for review with a real person, but my guess is there isn’t one. The pricing on this is alright I guess, but I purchased the smallest package (4wks I think?) currently I’m expecting to have to pay more for any content of substance. If I find that is not the case I’ll come edit the review. (Who wants to bed I get a scripted AI response on this review too?)

   If I could give negative stars I would. This entire app is useless—it’s all AI generated (meaning you could research for free and you’re just paying for common knowledge and you pay $50+ a month for it. Not to mention, there’s 0 communication after you sign up. Most expensive apps will give you a trial and then email you with a heads up like “your payment is about to be drafted” but no. I checked my bank and saw a fee under the name “LasVegasNV” and I panicked. Found out it was this app. By the way, if you want to delete your account, it doesn’t specify that they’ll stop charging you and if you want to TRULY cancel, you have to play email games. Their “refund” and return policy is nonexistent but they don’t really tell you that “upfront”, so you have to go read a diatribe written in 2pt font, single spaced to realize that once they take your money, you probably won’t get it back, even if you’re unsatisfied with the lazy product they offer which is titled in a way to bait and hook desperate business owners. I emailed anyway, asking to be truly canceled and deleted with the request and hopes of getting my $50 back,but I’m not holding my breath. I just hope they cancel my account so I don’t have to cancel my debit card for a new number just to get away from these snake oil salesmen.

   This is truly inspiring! My first thought, let me have ChatGPT help me organize my thoughts. I declined to do so! This is way too important this requires my honest sincere review! Here goes: From the beginning, I had the true desire to do something I have held off for so long, today I finally got the courage to take that first step and as I write this I know I made the right step forward to take a chance on me ! When I started the intro it wasn’t overwhelming nor confusing it was plain and simple easy to understand and REMEMBER . It made so much sense ! I’m so excited that I have that hunger to feed my brain , to know that I can be present to remember names, remembering what I read in order to learn when I’m studying or taking exams that’s huge for me, the excitement I’m going to have when that happens ! Thank you for this amazing opportunity that’s going to be with me for the rest of my life 🌟

   So far so good. I’m just passing Lesson 2 and moving on to three. Other than the things I already knew, that I felt EVERYBODY knew, I’ve read one article that really hit home for me. The article was about Priyanka Chopra. My feelings have never been positive OR negative about her because the only thing I’ve known of her thus far is that she’s married to a “Jonas Brother!” Well, this article goes on to describe an absolutely lovely, astute, calm, educated, articulate, graceful and commanding woman, who takes over a room the second she walks in. My strong reaction was, how absolutely wonderful it is to know how badly I underestimated her! How delightful to know that the girls who look up to HER as a role model/hero, have another option than the other things that are out there. Life lessons, life’s questions, life’s miracles and life’s sadness

   I downloaded the app not knowing it and thinking I signed up for a relatively cheap rate, which was acceptable to me to try something new, but then another extra €50 was taken off my credit card. I did click through pretty fast, but this was not clear to me at all, while the initial €20 was very clear on the website.

   App was easy to download and install. Found contents useful but was only interested in checking out the trial. Got charged for a full month's subscription on 23 July after trial expired. Logged a support request. No refund received, 5 days later on 28 July, still no response.
