   Even shorter if it doesn’t get any better than this. No search function. See and like a template and think you might want to use it again? Good luck. You’re going to have to search manually thru everything and probable still won’t find. Accidentally discard a template you are working on instead of saving to drafts? It’s gone. No can retrieve. Oh, and try to find that template again? See above. Looking for that special template? Think one might work out for you? Better be sure it’s the one you want to customize and use, because if you discard that template, you’re right back to the beginning of all the templates. Nothing like holding your place while you review a template. Nope start all over. Don’t you’re designers ever use the app in a real time situation? Too busy designing templates to review a real world situation.

   Here is the deal: I love the product. Issue 1: It's creepy and bothersome that you can't log out. I secure everything else for our businesses with 2fa, etc. However, I have to keep Facebook logged in through my Ripl. I don't really like that. There are so many security breaches as of lately, that I changed all my passwords. But, I would really prefer a way to log out. Issue 2: Unless you're really tech savvy like my partner, it isn't instinctual to have to delete an app and reinstall it to log into a different profile. Even after I did that to log into his business account, my business wouldn't let me sync it to his account. It gave a message that I was logged into my FB on my browser. After I logged out on my browser, it still had the same message: it was incorrect. Actually, I needed to manually disconnect my FB account for my business to add my business to his account. It didn't say that though, and it was definitely confusing me. So, security and user interface can both still be improved. I still gave it a good rating, since the actual product is awesome.

   I have suggestions that would make it a lot easier for business owners with multiple businesses. Instead of selecting what business you’re using initially, make that the final option. Often I start using the app and it goes directly to the last business I was using that I wasn’t intending to use. It does not state the business anywhere, so I continue.. I search for my photos to upload, upload photos, write my text, and then it pops up with Design options with the wrong logo! The only options are to hide/remove your logo or upload a new one (which would not be “new” since I already took the time to upload it to another business page) It would be so much easier if I could just choose/switch to another already uploaded logo at that time instead of taking the time to search for it again and upload. Also with multiple businesses, I start an ad for one business and see a setting I like in that moment and prefer it for another business and want to easily change who I was making it for. In that instance I’d have to completely discard the ad - remember what design I was to use, which photos, which text, and completely discard and restart OR search and upload my already uploaded logo again... I’m sure you get where I’m going. It’s time consuming! The time element to your app is a bit frustrating when you’re busy and have your thoughts for your ad and need it to take 5 minutes. Which could easily be resolved with these changes. Also! All uploaded new “Designs” should be used on all business pages, not just the one business you uploaded it to. Which could be resolved if there was only one main page with all designs to upload and lastly change your logo to intermittently. Same goes with using my app on my phone, or iPad. When I use my iPad it only keeps designs I uploaded on my iPad, to my iPad, not those that I uploaded on my phone. And vice versa. Otherwise this app makes a beautiful end product, I get compliments all the time!

4. 4/5Great app, but I’m having issues with my engagement updates

   I love this app because of the ability to customize posts and videos! I manage several different social media pages for several companies and the scheduled/automated posting makes things easier too! However, I am encountering a couple of glitches, particularly related to engagement tracking/goals and instagram posting/notifications. My engagements are not updating regularly and are ‘off’ (not tracking at all or showing lower numbers than they should be). I’d love to see the actual formulas Ripl uses for this to give me more insight! Additionally, although I have all notifications enabled, I’m not getting reminders to post on Instagram, and sometimes when I do get a notification, Ripl won’t open the Instagram app to post, so I’m left doing it the long way round. Any fixes coming up?

   Not worth the cost & free version has less features Most of the templates can’t be customized. For example sometimes I like a template & after selecting it I realize the text from the intro picture shows on every other pic. If u delete the text from the other pics it deletes the text on the opening picture. This is a video creation tool yet you can’t customize it that well. You also can’t change font or font color from picture to picture. Although I appreciate the continuity sometimes a picture in your video needs a different color or text font then the rest of the video pictures. I basically use the same template so all my videos are exactly the same & nothing unique. Since it’s not very customizable the monthly cost is high for the quality of product receiving. I usually have to use another picture editing app to get the picture how I want it so I don’t have to use Ripl’s fonts. That app has a monthly charge so now Ripl is costing more because I need another editor even b4 I use Riple : (
