"body": "Great training app for your guys. Perfect for managers that love running service calls with their guys but can stop taking over the call…. No disrespect we all do because we don’t want to loose the job. However we need to coach and watch. They deserve a chance to correct themselves. It’s great that you can give them a goal for the day and check up on the action throughout the day. You can leave comments at moments of the job that was a pinnacle moment to change the tender of the call. You can leave great, encouraging comments, and also create recorded clips for the rest of the team to hear and be a part of great practice.",

"body": "This is a game changing product. The individuals who have taken it to heart and are using it religiously here in my company have grown by leaps and bounds. Most of them have double their sales and are more confident speaking with our clientele. We have been changing, our outcome with this product for the past eight months to a year and the ability to ride with our technicians without having to ride with them is outstanding. If you’re not on the train, you’re gonna get passed by. Rilla is the future!",

"body": "I just want to share my awful experience. After weeks of listening to the app recording TV conversations on CX televisions I decided against the app. Not a good tool if it can’t filter tech and CX conversations from the TV ones. I canceled my trial subscription using their own app and still got a bill. After disputing the charge they told me they were not going to dismiss charges and are claiming I have a 1 year contract. I turned off the service almost a month before the trial ended. Be aware!!! This company cares nothing about their customers only looking to make a quick buck. Now I’m going to have to press legal charges for deceptive practices. Stay away from this company. You have been warned. They will extort and try and rob you!!!",

"body": "I’ve been using this as a rep and now as a manager, and I can’t tell you how much time it’s saved me. I can review my calls for quick follow-ups and make sure I didn’t miss anything. As a manager, it helps me identify what I missed in training to make sure everyone’s on the same page. Couldn’t ask for a better software to help our team get better.",

"title": "Dumb, pointless unlock system",
"body": "The app is fine, except for the fact that most of its features are locked behind some sort of unlock system, in which you have to do certain actions a certain number of times before you can make full use of the app. This is completely ridiculous and pointless. After switching to a new phone, the app did not keep my progress, and now I am unable to access all of the features because I have to do a certain number of ride-alongs again. I don’t even understand why there is a system like this in the app in the first place.",
