   To my good fellowsMr. Maurice B and Michael C and miss Pamela. Aka Miss Pam with the blonde short hair they always look out a small children and a disabled fiancé and they come pick me up off of THOR S St. Pontiac every now and then and I have had miscommunication with other drivers before or never been picked up and when I say they go the hardest, have loyalty and patience, they go above and about beyond for their job, and I appreciate people that does work hard and seek to understand people like me, because I have done services for people driving services as well before like Uber, Lyft, or spark keep going my good people bless you all !

2. 1/5Unreliable use of transportation

   this has to be hands-down, the worst transportation service I have ever used in my entire life- and I’ve ridden in taxis in the heart of New York. Even if you’re wheelchair bound or have one leg, you’re literally better off walking to your destination. For a service that only operates in a limited area there never seems to be an available driver. i’m always waiting 45 minutes minimum to look for and be assigned a driver (most days cant find one) on top of having to wait an additional 30 minutes for said driver to show up. Ever since their previous update, you can no longer call your driver to communicate your actual pick up location instead of having to wait on the side of a busy highway after business hours to be picked up somewhere other than your typed in pick up location. And 9/10 times your driver will not call you to find out where you are when the app says your driver is here, as they're instructed to do. save your time and spend the extra 8-10 on an uber/lyft if you have somewhere important to be like work. one of my recent drivers decided to make a pitstop at Burger King to get themselves food whilst having four other pick ups/drop offs scheduled. this company could care less about your time and the timely service they promote.

   What sense does it make for passengers to be getting picked up in the middle/across the street? If y’all didn’t know, it’s a safety concern to be crossing the street while the roads are slippery, no street lights as well as traffic. The driver is very capable of getting to the passenger quicker as well as safer , passengers crossing streets in these conditions is poor customer service. The app and messages you receive always says two different things. This is the third time this has happened, first few times I wasn’t able to get a proof, but I have proof now. How can a driver be outside as well as eight (8) minutes away? I go outside and NO ONE IS THERE. I call and call and no pick up. I reorder and the same thing occurs, I’m getting a message that the driver is outside, but on the SMART Flex app it’s telling me they’re six (6) minutes away, how is that possible? I’m missing rides because of the app and facing possible suspension for a couple days, because drivers aren’t answering the phone after I called after I receive a message that they’re outside even though I am looking at the SMART Flex app telling me they’re six (6) eight (8) minutes away.

   This app is not user friendly. I placed a scheduled ride to and from my home yet the app took it upon themselves to choose another drop off location blocks from my home. I am on disability and can’t walk blocks especially with heavy groceries. I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED yet I’m being charged for said ride that never happened. Not to mention but some of the drivers are not at all friendly and racist towards white people. Unfortunately I have no other choice but to use this service as I don’t have a lot of money. Thankfully I only use it approximately once a month. Another thing is you can’t get a hold of anyone because when you hit the content email in the app it says the connection failed. If I had another way to get my groceries or to the doctors that wasn’t expensive I would certainly use it instead of this company. The app also states that if you don’t cancel immediately you will be charged yet I canceled within approximately 5 seconds of realizing the app chose a different drop off which was immediately after hitting the book option.

5. 4/5Always a unsatisfied customer

   I understand that it’s not a door to door service but dang why do we have to walk2 blocks from are actual location with only a 2min window then when we try to call the driver don’t answer or the call don’t go thru….then we you call and complain nothing is being down and the customer service agents tell you anything they need to be retrained either fix the problems or stop the service and the drivers are always delayed like how and y’all already 48 mins away smh
