4/5Some good & some cumbersome
In general this app is mostly good at figuring out locations based on social media. This is cool, as so many of us are seeing locations we want to visit on socials and it’s difficult to track all these. So I really appreciate that aspect. Where the app falls short for me is the actual scheduling your itinerary. It is cumbersome to move things around on your schedule or even to the “unplanned area”. The AI planned a bunch of things that I don’t want to do and clogged the calendar. Seems like starting all over is the thing. Hoping I will reach a point where I feel where i feel will use this everyday flawlessly on my trip. Another annoying thing is in order to plan a trip with say your family, each person must subscribe for $50… making it $200 for a family of 4 to work together on travel plan. This price is ridiculous when there are a lot of free apps out there. Or maybe you’d rather share a google map & excel sheet???

1/5Bad App & Sneaky Subscription
Absolutely awful experience. I tried the app once during the free trial, immediately decided it wasn’t worth using and never opened it again. A week later, I was charged for a $60 yearly subscription. I appealed the charge and it was denied and when I appealed, denied again. I received no value from the app but apparently their business model relies on people forgetting to cancel and get stuck with a $60 bill. That should tell you everything you need to know. The app is forgettable but their billing practices are not. Save yourself the headache or cancel the free trial immediately when you realize ChatGPT is a better trip planner.

5/5Very helpful for upcoming vacations and plans
Love the app and everything about it. Definitely plan on using this during my upcoming vacation. The app helps you find different places in the city that you wouldn’t even know was there and it will even work around saved places you want to go to. Any time I see a place online that I want to go to, I make sure to save it on my profile so that way I don’t forget about some of the places I want to go to in the future. Highly recommended

1/5Roamy App is a scam
The Roamy app is a scam that tricks travelers with false promises. It advertises an easy free trial and useful trip planning from your saved photos and social media spots. In reality users get hit with large unexpected yearly charges often around sixty to ninety dollars without clear warning or proper consent. The itineraries it creates are generic bland and mostly useless failing to deliver any real value. Customer support is almost nonexistent with emails and refund requests going completely unanswered for weeks. The company hides behind vague terms and pushes all responsibility onto Apple while providing poor service and no real help. I received nothing of value from this misleading app and was charged without proper notice. I therefore demand an immediate full refund for this deceptive product. This kind of bait and switch billing should not be allowed.

1/5just don’t even download it
it doesn’t even let you truly click around before you start your free trial. I want to see what it even looks like before deciding to do a free trial. Many people have already complained that they did the free trial, canceled it, and then were charged for a subscription which I am not willing to risk. It’s a waste of time. Maybe add something where the user is able to see what it would even be like, and if they try to click something, that’s when the free trial shows up that they can start…or have a free section that people can use and have “premium” tools that they need to pay for. Not even worth wasting time, just save social media posts and just screenshot them and put into your notes with a link.
