So glad that Return Queen exists for online shoppers like myself! Never has it been so easy for me to return clothes. The reason that I only gave it 4 starts is that they could work on their scheduling in regards to their pickups. Every single time I schedule a pick up they try to come at least 3 hours earlier than I put down. This is very frustrating during the week when I am either at work or when I have meetings during the day. It’s very distracting when I have to deal with the pick up people coming when I am in the middle of a meeting that I have to participate in. So how it works is there is a middle person between the pick up person and you the customer. They ask you if they can come earlier but if you say no it is not oftentimes relayed to the driver. So the driver still tries to come when you are not available which is something that I don’t need to deal with when I am at work or in meetings when I work from home. I schedule it at certain times because those are the times that I know I will be free. There is literally a flexible option that a user can select from. If a user does not choose the flexible option then I don’t believe that they should still ask to come way earlier or later than the user selects. To make matters worse they changed the blocks from 2 hour blocks to 4. Which means that you have to be available in the span of 4 hours. This makes it hard to schedule a pick up after work or before. But even with this they still try to come at a completely different time than you selected. Very annoying :/

This service is so awesome! The app is super easy to use and makes returning just about anything a breeze. It truly takes me about thirty seconds to a minute, tops, to submit a return and stick the bag outside. It works flawlessly and I’ve had zero issues in four or five months of using it at least once per week. It gets clutter out of the way, makes it way easier to try things, and saves money from keeping you from missing return windows. Not to mention, dropping returns off at UPS/fedex is a colossal pain, and this saves you from having to do that. Worth every penny and one of my favorite things.

3/5Huge fan of this convenience but…
I adore this app and service for the convenience and their kind customer service. But my anxiety can’t handle not knowing when the items are actually dropped off to be shipped out for return after being picked up. It wouldn’t matter if most returns don’t work under a “return by date”, but most stores do work this way. I think I need to pause my use of this app till they have a system added that notifies us for when items are officially shipped out after the pickup. But I will def be checking in to see if this update ever happens! :) Would be even more helpful if receipts for the drops were added to our account. I know all shipment centers and drop off stations are able to provide this - in case the refund doesn’t go through and we need to prove the item was shipped out.

I shop online frequently and was spending a lot of time making returns, so I was very excited to learn this service existed! I’ve been a customer for a few months now, and ReturnQueen has definitely exceeded my expectations. It’s so easy to submit a return, they are able to pick up at convenient times, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been so pleasant. I’ve had no issues using the service whatsoever. Definitely recommend using ReturnQueen, especially if you find yourself forgetting to return things or don’t have a printer of your own

5/5SPACTACULAR!
Hi all my name is Anne! I am 63 years old and at this age i was sure nothing could change my day to day errands that drastically, but Return Queen has absolutely transformed online shopping for me. With covid putting women of my age at high risk this app has seriously provided the comfort and saftey i needed to be able to shop online with ease knowing RQ is one click away from returning my items from my doorstep. To say i’m not tech savvy would be an understatement - my daughter is even writing this review for me because i didn’t know how - but this just comes to show how SIMPLE and EASY this app is to use. 5 stars plus!!!! Brilliant.
