"body": "Poor customer service, poor experience overall. When trying to view a booking after it's been made the app is supposed to send an email to gain access to the booking. That email never arrives even after multiple attempts, and no it doesn't go into a junk folder. Also when comparing prices it's no cheaper so makes this app which is no more than a comparison app pointless.",
