"body": "This app has really helped me focus and stay on track with my reiki practice. I really enjoy it! I learned Usui Reiki only, so some symbols are new to me and the chakra healing also with reiki. I am still able to adjust and incorporate this into my Reiki practice even if I don’t use all features. Highly recommend this app for any Reiki practitioner. I love the send and receive global Reiki sessions. They really bring such a beautiful light to this work. The energy is beautiful and powerful with so many of us present. I am grateful to know you all.",

"body": "I’ve only used this a couple of times but I like it so far. I have two minor suggestions. Sometimes it’s hard to tell exactly where the illustrated figure’s hands are it in relation to the body. I just place my hands intuitively, but a more precise diagram would be super. Also, I would pay for this app if I could pay a lifetime fee. I would greatly prefer this over the existing price of $30/year for as long as I use the app. I still give it 5 stars. These are minor issues. I think it’s a great app for anyone just starting out.",

"body": "I’ve tried using this a few times and it’s really a pretty app. I can tell someone worked hard on it, and appreciate how it’s user friendly! However, it takes up A LOT of memory on my phone. I mostly do reiki on myself at night lying down in bed and often fall asleep when doing so. Using this app has totally drained my battery by morning. I also don’t feel the pretty illustrations of the hand positions are necessary. Maybe they could be optional or watermarked in the background? Could there also be more options for the bell timer? A singing bowl would be nice. But really, if it didn’t take up so much space on my phone, I would gladly pay a buck or two!",

"body": "A book about stress I read pointed out that our lives are stressful and busy, so it is important to have a relaxing practice like this get much needed rest after a day of built up pressure and busyness, and ground us in our bodies so we remember to care for ourselves. It is also MUCH easier to find the will to meditate after doing this practice. Letting go becomes a bit easier. This set of hand positions is clear and simple to follow, and can lead to profound relaxation in a world where that is hard to get. I love the fact that you can play it with or without music ! The only thing I missed was a page explaining the specific practice in this app. I would have liked a little background.",

I love the music selections and the timer. It’s allows you to have a timer if you want and music if you want! Each increments of time for a minute going up to five minute increments.
