1. 4/5Love it but needs an update

   I love this app! It’s a great way to keep track of all my oils and is a huge resource when I need it most! Only thing I noticed it it may need an update. Some of the oils such as panaway and thieves are not in there so that makes it hard to keep track of. Also it would be great if you were able to keep track of the difference in oils between vitality, rollers, and regular. I have a lot of oils and some I have both vitality and regular but it only lets me keep track of the regular version which makes it hard in the end. Other than that this app is amazing!

2. 5/5Exactly what I was looking for!

   This app comes with tons and tons of recipes. I believe it has over 600! There is so much great info in this app that I couldn't possibly cover it all here. So you will just have to buy yourself a copy to find out! ?? It does talk about different ailments and it will give you essential oil recipes. It teaches you a lot about essential oils so it is definitely great for a beginner. What I love most about this app is that I can look up an ailment in the back and it will send me right to the recipe I need to remedy it. I think this would be great for people who have a hard time sitting down and reading a app. It is also just a great reference to have if you are in a rush or just for everyday life! I highly recommend this app and I'm so glad that I purchased it. The price was great as well. 3. 5/5Great and Informative Guide

   This Younng Living App is great, it had all the information I was looking for. I really liked how this started off explaining the history and giving you a brief background about what essential oils are and how it'll benefit you. If you are a firm believer in natural remedies, then this is something you should pick up as it'll give you a lot of information that you might not have thought of. I'll definitely have to return to this app as a reference tool whenever I need to prepare new oils for my daily remedies, it contains several recipes that can be use for anything; starting from aromatheraphy oils to those who really helps with some skin problems.

4. 5/55 STARS FOR SURE

   Being new to EOs, I was looking for a good starter app to learn about them and how to use them, including how to make my own blends so I wouldn't have to rely on brand name blends for everything. This app got great reviews everywhere I looked, so I ordered it...and I am so glad I did. She begins with the science behind oils and the various methods for applying/using them. LOTS of GREAT information. One of the BEST things about this app is that the author keeps it SIMPLE when it comes to which oils to use. She lists her top ten oils to have on hand and her top ten oils to travel with (most overlap). With just those oils, you can treat just about EVERY ailment listed in her (incredibly comprehensive) app. On each page, she lists how to mix them and then has a column listing alternate oils you can use if you are missing one of the ten originally listed or if you just have a different preference. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that I didn't have to order 137 oils that I won't ever get around to using, because most of the treatments involve oils from her 2 lists. It has been so much less overwhelming than another app I bought later for comparison purposes. The second app will list completely different oils for every treatment, there is very little repetition/consistency of oil usage. I would have to buy hundreds of oils to use the treatments listed in the second app, whereas Valerie's app allowed me to get by with about a dozen or so as I get started. She also has chapter after chapter listing categories of ailments that can be treated with EOs as well as explanations for how to adjust dosages for several age ranges with infants and children. Having 5 children spanning 2 - 16 years, this is a huge plus for me. Again LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app and I highly recommend it for anyone just getting into EOs. It keeps things simple and does not overwhelm you with hundreds of complicated oil combinations. Neither does it require you to purchase brand name blends to get the job done. Rather, it teaches you how to formulate your own blends from a handful of single oils you can have on hand at any moment. While, I do occasionally cross reference the suggestions in this app with my other, this one has quickly become my favorite. I guess you could say it is like my EO bible. haha!

5. 5/5Great for beginners

   This was exactly what I was looking for as someone who is still fairly new to the essential oils, It explains what essential are, the history of them, how they should and should not be used, and the gives you the 30 most common essential oils in a detailed breakdown. This young living app even gives you recipes (how much to add of each oil and which combination) on cures some common issues such as acne, allergies, and more. This was what I like to call an essential oils for dummies app. The lay out is broke down into chapters that make this able to use as a reference guide. If you are new to essential oils, I highly recommend this app.
