"body": "Absolutely useless app. My Realme Buds T310 connect perfectly to my Samsung S22, and the app even shows them as connected, but every single feature inside the app is disabled. EQ, touch controls, firmware updates—nothing works. What's the point of an app that detects the device but doesn't let you use any of its features? This is a basic functionality that Realme has failed to deliver. Either fix the compatibility issue immediately or stop claiming support. Extremely disappointed.",
