"body": "This app was great when it first launched. Now it crashes whenever I try to place a book on hold. The images of the books are gone. The seamlessness of the app is gone. I’m not sure what changed, but even the update we had today, didn’t do anything to change the issues. There is never any kind of announcement on the app, notifying users that there is an issue and IT is aware and ready to use it.",
